12:57 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle checked at Terrace Middle School, Lange Street. Checks OK.

1:44 a.m. – Male and female in a verbal disturbance in Robinson Rancheria Resort & Casino parking lot. Security heard male say that if the sheriff's office was called he would grab a gun. Female is inside with security and male subject is outside lobby doors. He is very agitated, described as a Hispanic male adult, 5 feet 11 inches tall, thin build, heavily tattooed. General services rendered.

8:13 a.m. – Traffic stop, officer initiated at 20th and Hartley. Arrest made.

10:50 a.m. – Vehicle reported parked in Judge’s parking spot at courthouse, Forbes and Second. Vehicle involved is a 1998 Buick four-door. General services rendered.

11:05 a.m. – Shot reported fired near Lakeport Elementary School and that a baby goat was shot. Gone on arrival.

1:45 p.m. – Possible DUI driver headed north on Main, from USA gas. Gold Honda Accord, occupied by four, driving all over the road, almost hit another vehicle head on. Checks OK.

2:36 p.m. – Black Ford Expedition tires slashed at Lakeport Elementary School while caller was on a field trip with daughter. Report taken.

2:43 p.m. – Two adult males with pit bulls walking on Fifth Street toward the park. They're giving people threatening looks. Both are described as Indian male adults, one wearing black shirt, jeans, the other a black/gray sweatshirt, jeans. Gone on arrival.

3:18 p.m. – Caller on Bevins Court requesting assistance to get back some paperwork that Tribal Health has. Per caller, he was there earlier and they pushed him out the door. Caller changed his mind about help and will go home. General services rendered.

5:10 p.m. – Vandalism reported to vehicle at High Street Mall, occurring between 2:45 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Report taken.
