NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on Subdivision (SD 07-01) proposing the Final Map for Lake Vineyard Estates Subdivision to divide 12.99 acres into six (6) parcels and Use Permit (UP 07-02) to allow lots to exceed the length to width ratio limitations.

The project applicant is DENNIS DE LA MONTANYA. 

The Planning Commission will reconsider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study (IS 07-06).

The project is located at 8245 Point Drive, Kelseyville and further described as APN 044-331-23.

The initial study is available for review in the Planning Division of the Community Development Department at the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing. 

The Planner processing this application is Mark Roberts who may be reached at (707) 263- 2221. The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors’ Chamber in the Courthouse on April 28, 2016 at 9:10 a.m., at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard. 

If you challenge the action of the Planning Commission on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Lake County Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on Parcel Map application (PM 15-02), proposing  to divide +- 3.7 acres into two parcels. 

The project applicant is CROSS DEVELOPMENT on behalf of DOLLAR GENERAL.

The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study (IS 15-11), available April 6, 2016.

The project is located at 20900 State Highway 29, Middletown, CA, and further described as APN 024-501-18.  The staff report will be available April 17, 2016 at the Community Development Department, Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA.
