NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider the incorporation of the COUNTY NATURAL HAZARDS MITIGATION PLAN, adopted September 2012, into the Safety Element of County of Lake General Plan, adopted September 2008.

The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors Chambers in the Courthouse on April 28, 2016, at 9:05 a.m., at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard. 

If you challenge the action of the Planning Commission or Board of Supervisors on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or written correspondence delivered to the Lake County Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
