NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION
AND NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
BY THE LAKE COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATOR


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving Minor Use Permit 17-19 with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., June 21, 2017 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on June 28, 2017 at 2:30 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.

Minor Use Permit 17-19. Location: 11701 Anderson Springs Road, Middletown, APN 050-405-07. Owner: Dennis Kilkenny. Project: In accordance with Lake County Code to allow a front setback reduction from the required twenty feet to allow fifteen feet front yard setback. AND NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
BY THE LAKE COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATOR


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving Minor Use Permit 17-14 with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., June 21, 2017 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on June 28, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.

Minor Use Permit 17-14. Location: 12165 Shenandoah Road, Loch Lomond, APN 052-261-04. Owner: Terry Holmes. Project: In accordance with Lake County Code to allow the construction of a 6-foot tall fence in the front yard adjacent to Shenandoah Road and Shawnee Circle within the front yard setback.

The fence is 6-foot solid wood along front property line with the exception of 50 feet within the corner at the intersection of Shenandoah and Shawnee intersection; the portion of fence near the road intersection is 6’ tall see-through wire fencing.
