NOTICE OF:
LAND USE APPLICATION PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Lakeport, State of California, will hold a public hearing for the design of a commercial retail building for AutoZone. The project applicants are Mitch Bramlitt, AutoZone Parts.
The Planning Commission will consider approval of: Architectural & Design Review (AR 17-10), for the design of a 6,816 square foot commercial retail building for AutoZone. The project is located at 2033 South Main Street, Lakeport, and further described as APN 005-045-43.
The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Categorical Exemption (CE 17-18) per the California Environmental Quality Act. The proposed application and plans are available for review at City Hall, 225 Park Street, Lakeport, California.
The public hearing will be held Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at 5:00 PM in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 225 Park Street, Lakeport, California.
If you challenge the action of the Planning Commission on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Lakeport Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing. NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION
AND NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
BY THE LAKE COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving Minor Use Permit, MUP 17-30 with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., April 4, 2018 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on April 11, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
