NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION
AND NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BY THE LAKE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider Use Permit Extension (UPX 18-01) for Use Permit (UP 87-41) on Thursday, May 24, 2018 at 9:05 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the business of the Commission will allow in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA.

Applicant: GEYSERS POWER COMPANY, LLC. Proposed Project: A Productive Life of the Project Extension of Time for an existing approved Geothermal Power Plant and Steam-fields. There will be no changes in the operation and/or expansion of the authorized use.

Location: 9010 Socrates Mine Road; 18850, 18715, 18610, 18660, 18751 Ford Flat Road in Middletown, CA. AND NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
BY THE LAKE COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATOR  


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving Minor Use Permit (MUP 18-02) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 p.m., May 16, 2018 to the Community Development Department, 255 N.
