NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of  California, will hold a public hearing to consider MAJOR USE PERMIT (UP 19-35) on Thursday, June 24, 2021, 9:05 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes  Street, Lakeport, California. Owner: Frederick W. Soderlind, Applicant: Oak & Stone LLC. Proposed Project: (1) A Type 3 (Outdoor) license consisting of 43,560 square feet of canopy  area located within 84,500 square feet of cultivation area. Location: 19303 Butts Canyon Road, Middletown CA; APN: 014-004-10 Environmental Evaluation: Mitigated Negative  Declaration (IS 19-55). approval of a commercial cannabis cultivation project on a 23+ acre property, and
consideration of adopting a Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS 19-35) on Thursday June
24, 2021, in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.
Applicant / Owner: LDM Enterprises LLC. Proposed Project: One (1) A-Type 3 medium
outdoor cannabis cultivation license requesting 22,500 sq. ft. of cannabis cultivation area
and one (1) A-Type 13 self-distribution license. Location: 7295 Adobe Creek Road,
Kelseyville, CA; APN: 007-021-23. Environmental Evaluation: Mitigated Negative

Proposed Project:  One (1) A-Type 3 medium outdoor commercial cannabis cultivation license, and  one A-Type 13 ‘Self Distribution’ license. Total proposed cultivation area is 20,000
