NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING RETRACTION

Please be advised that on June 4th, 2021 notice for a hearing related to UP 20-49, “VP Estates” located at 1579 Leslie Lane and 6890 Boggs Lane, Kelseyville, CA. was published and duly sent to interested individuals in error. A hearing has already occurred in which the Use Permit UP 20-49 was approved by the Lake County Planning Commission, that action was final. The June 24, 2021 notice was published in error. There will be no hearing of this matter on the June 04, 2021 date. We apologize for any inconvenience.
