NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on Permit Status review and time extension for a Major Use Permit UP 07-09 to allow the continued operation of a contractors equipment storage yard. The project applicant is Epidendio Construction. There is a previously adopted mitigated negative declaration for this project based on INITIAL STUDY IS 07-25. The project is located at 11325 & 11180 Highway 29, Lower Lake and further described as APN 049-300-01 & 012-030-06. The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California, twenty (20) days before the hearing, and the staff memo will be available ten (10) days before the hearing. The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors’ Chamber in the Courthouse on April 23, 2009 at 9:05 a.m., at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard. If you challenge the action of the Planning Commission on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Lake County Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider approving Minor Use Permit 09-04 of Jerry Landes in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Code to allow a 4.9 percent increase of the use area for three metal storage buildings at the existing automobile restoration facility and to allow a six-foot high fence within the required front yard setback along Highway 29.
