NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application UP 09-06 proposing a major use permit to allow a 30 foot extension to an existing 60 foot monopole Wireless Communication Facility and the collocation of one (1) additional Wireless Communication provider. The project applicant is Omnipoint Communications dba T-Mobile. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 09-10.
