NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application UP 09-06 proposing a major use permit to allow a 30 foot extension to an existing 60 foot monopole Wireless Communication Facility and the collocation of one (1) additional Wireless Communication provider. The project applicant is Omnipoint Communications dba T-Mobile. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 09-10. The project is located at 21050 Saint Helena Creek Road, Middletown and further described as APN 014-003-96. The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California, twenty (20) days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.
