NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on PM 07-16 proposing a Parcel Map to divide 10.8 acres into 2 parcels. The project applicants are David & Michaela Noland. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 07-84. The project is located at 500 Lake Vista Drive & 3800 Johnson Court, Lakeport, CA, and further described as APN 005-012-31 & 028-121-40. The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California, twenty (20) days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.
