NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on RZ 09-08, proposing a rezone from “APZ” Agricultural Preserve to “RL” Rural Lands. The project applicant is Kathryn Faloon. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 09-38. The project is located at 21258 Morgan Valley Road, Lower Lake, APN 012-069-07. The proposed negative declaration will be available for review in the Community Development Department at the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California twenty (20) days before the hearing and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on PM 08-01, proposing a Parcel Map to divide ± 2.4 acres into two parcels.
