4:52 a.m. – Physical altercation. Deputy Corey Paulich and Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to S. Main Street resident’s request for an area check. The caller has been hearing noises outside for the last couple hours and just heard a “thump.” General services rendered.
8:17 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Det. Destry Henderson responded to a female reportedly talking to the trees at the end of Giselman Street. Gone on arrival.
10:10 a.m. – Shoplifter. Officer Norm Taylor responded to Grocery Outlet, S. Main Street. The shoplifter is outside the office, not cooperative but not physical. Released on cite.
3:16 p.m. – 911 hang up. The caller received two 911 hang ups from a number. Nothing was heard on call back and the answering machine states the line is a non-working number. Terrace Middle School advised they would check and call back. The school called back and advised they checked the grounds and there is no emergency. General services rendered.
4:43 p.m. – Welfare check. The California Highway Patrol reports a vehicle parked in the roadway at Lakeport Lagoons, S. Main Street. The male associated with the vehicle may be under the influence of marijuana. General services rendered.
4:43 p.m. – Welfare check. Sgt. Kevin Odom and Deputy Mauricio Barreto responded to Hospice Thrift Store, S. Main Street. A male subject was reported to be parked in a small, red car and slumped over the wheel. Gone on arrival.
5:42 p.m. – Juvenile problem. Sgt. Kevin Odom responded to report of six to eight teenage skateboarders on Park Street that are not moving for vehicles. Warning given.
5:50 p.m. – Sgt. Kevin Odom responded to CVS Pharmacy, 11th Street. A male subject was reportedly standing in front of the store, smoking marijuana and another subject, parked next to him was snorting something up his nose. Report taken.
9:03 p.m. – Extra patrol. An extra patrol was requested on Campbell Lane, due to a female walking through the storage units earlier today. General services rendered.

12:28 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to Lakeside Lanes, Lakeport Boulevard. Five male subjects were driving recklessly in the parking lot, threw out beer cans and were last seen turning northbound on Main Street. Warning given.
2:23 a.m. – Traffic stop. Deputy Jacob Steely and Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at 10th and S. Tunis Street. Warning given.
5:42 p.m. – Traffic stop. Det. Destry Henderson initiated activity at Mellor Drive and Sixteenth Street. Warning given.
1:48 p.m. – Pedestrian check. Det. Destry Henderson initiated activity at Natural High School, Lange Street. Citizens assist.
8:04 p.m. – Central Dispatch requests a contact to a subject regarding a family emergency. If the contact is made, have her contact grandmother. General services rendered.
9:04 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to CVS Pharmacy, 11th Street, regarding a vehicle which has been in the parking lot for a few days. Now the windows are broken and there is a wallet left on the seat. General services rendered.

2:08 p.m. – Shoplifter. Officer Norm Taylor responded to Grocery Outlet, S. Main Street, regarding a 19-year-old in custody. Arrest made.
2:54 p.m. – Battery. Officer Norm Taylor responded to Bevins Court Apartments, Bevins Court, regarding an assault that took place last night. Report taken.
3:40 p.m. – Suspicious circumstance. Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to Clear Lake High School. A caller on Anastasia reported her 11-year-old son advised her that when he was walking through the high school on his way home, an adult male was following him. Report taken; checking the area.
3:56 p.m. – Followup. Officer Norm Taylor responded to call on Bevins Court that the subject has just returned to the residence. General services rendered.
3:58 p.m. – Juvenile problem. Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to day care center on S. Tunis Street. The owner reported that a 7-year-old brought a pocket knife to the daycare center. Though the child is not using the knife in a threatening manner, the owner would like an officer to talk to the child. General services rendered.
7:25 p.m. – Pedestrian check. Deputies Christopher Fisher and Glenn Capurro initiated activity at Lakeshore Boulevard and Rainbow Road. Report taken.
8:41 p.m. – Disturbance. Officer Jarvis Leishman and Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to Sixth Street report that a subject is outside his truck, making lots of noise with the airbag lifts. Parking citation issued.

11:23 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to Verizon Wireless, 11th Street, regarding receiving a stolen phone to activate. Report taken.
11:58 a.m. – Violation of court order. A caller reported a violation of court order by going to her daughter’s school, Terrace Middle School, Lange Street. Gone on arrival.
2:55 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Deputy Sarah Hardisty responded to report at Edgewater Resort, Soda Bay Road, regarding a subject who has set up a tent and has been living there for the last month. Warning given.
4:03 p.m. – Penal code/other offenses. The caller is driving home with her daughter, whom she says just stole makeup from Kmart. The caller asks someone to speak with her daughter. General services rendered.
