11:09 a.m. – Report of a male subject asking people for money and following them around once they don’t. Caller is there with her small child and can’t get out of her vehicle as he keeps harassing her; responsible now near small kids at play ground at Library Park. Warning.
11:19 a.m. – Traffic stop at Green/Fairview Way. Arrest made.
11:53 a.m. – Malicious mischief vandalism reported at Lake County Dialysis Clinic. Occurred last night. Report taken.
11:57 a.m. – Theft up to $400 reported at Skylark Motel. Items stolen last night. Report taken.

2:27 p.m. – Dark blue Ford Focus going the wary way on the street on Central Park Avenue. The car almost hit workers.
