11:09 a.m. – Report of a male subject asking people for money and following them around once they don’t. Caller is there with her small child and can’t get out of her vehicle as he keeps harassing her; responsible now near small kids at play ground at Library Park. Warning.

11:19 a.m. – Traffic stop at Green/Fairview Way. Arrest made.

11:53 a.m. – Malicious mischief vandalism reported at Lake County Dialysis Clinic. Occurred last night. Report taken.

11:57 a.m. – Theft up to $400 reported at Skylark Motel. Items stolen last night. Report taken.

3:10 p.m. – Pedestrian check on Armstrong. Warning.

5:41 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Would like to talk to an officer regarding on going child custody issues and there are no legal custody paperwork. General services rendered.

8:01 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances reported on Armstrong. Someone turned on the outside faucet while the reporter was out of town. General services rendered.
