9:13 a.m. – 911 hang up on N. Brush. On call back, subject advised he did not call and was home alone, could hear another male talking in the background. Checks OK.


10:42 a.m. – Commercial burglary reported at Shoreline Storage. On scene reporting a break-in to one of the units. General services rendered.


11:38 a.m. – Report of an adult shoplifter in custody/cooperative at the security office in K Mart. Arrest made.


2:17 p.m. – Problem with a subject reported. Report of a problem with the tenants above her on S. Forbes banging on the walls in attempts to harass her. General services rendered.


3 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer initiated activity at Lakeport Boulevard/S. Main. Checks OK.


3:44 p.m. – Report of suspicious circumstance. Subject is doing wrongful things with a juvenile. General services rendered.


4:06 p.m. – Problem with a subject reported at S. Forbes Apartments. Caller reports that her neighbor yelled at her, suspect no longer on scene.


4:33 p.m. – Traffic stop at S. State Hwy 29/11th. Warning.


6:31 p.m. – Family disturbance reported. Her husband threw a beer in her face and has now locked himself in their place of business on Bevins. Caller advised she’s bleeding from the mouth, unknown if medical is needed. Report taken.


6:31 p.m. – Fire/medical aid. Female assault victim with facial injury on Bevins. Released at scene.


7:34 p.m. – Welfare check on Palm Drive. Female calling 911 stating she wants to make an emergency break through and they said got to go. On call back spoke with female who stated nothing was wrong and she had to go. Sounded hesitant to talk. Checks OK.


8:19 p.m. – Annoying phone calls reported. Caller just getting home and finding several voice mails from her husband who she says is still at the business. Messages are threatening to both her and LE. Arrest made.


9:35 p.m. – Music disturbance reported. Loud music and barking dogs on Sixth. Would like to make a formal complaint as this is an ongoing occurrence. Report taken.

8:36 a.m. – Commercial burglary reported at the Transmission Exchange on S. Main. Vehicles gone through and things missing, vehicles behind a locked gate.


9:23 a.m. – Threats reported. Two persons and an unknown male involved. Caller is waiting inside courthouse. He advised he just filed a restraining order against responsible son. Warning.


12:17 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Car parked in front of Tower Mart on Lakeport Boulevard with damage to ignition. Caller is not waiting at store, he is on lunch break. Checks OK.


2:11 p.m. – Traffic stop at N. Forbes/Sixth. Moving violation citation.


2:26 p.m. – Civil complaint on Forest Drive. Request a civil standby for property pick up. Report taken.


2:29 p.m. – Simple assault reported at Round Table Pizza. Person assaulted the reporter. No medical needed. General services rendered.


6:05 p.m. – Pedestrian check at Armstrong/S. Main, with a group at Valero. Warning.


7:19 p.m. – Noise disturbance reported. Ongoing problem with dog barking for the last hour or more at N. High/14th. Report taken.


8:18 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle reported behind Lakeside Lanes. Checks OK.


8:23 p.m. – Traffic stop at N. Russell/Martin. Checks OK.


8:27 p.m. – Shots fired. Report that husband has been shot. Responsible person left. Husband unknown if breathing. Report taken.


9:25 p.m. – Traffic stop at Lakeshore Boulevard/Robin Hill Drive. Arrest made. Released on cite.


11:12 – Pedestrian check at Rotten Robbie's; out with two. Arrest made.

12:06 a.m. – Follow up at Sutter Lakeside Hospital. General services rendered.

1:10 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances reported, two to three subjects, possibly males, carrying plastic bags, walking through a field towards Lakeview. One is possibly hiding in the bushes in front of caller’s house as he hears what sounds like a plastic bag moving around in that area on Polk. Gone on arrival.

5:04 a.m. – Pedestrian check at Fifth/S. Main. Arrest made.

5:42 a.m. – Problem with a subject. Report that a person in outside residence breaking the railing off front steps. Negative weapons seen. Caller’s brother is following the responsible. General services rendered. No prosecution desired.

6:55 a.m. – Auto burglary reported on Shady Oak. Someone was breaking in to his vehicle, subject left on foot. Report taken.

10:40 a.m. – Shoplifter reported at Safeway, juvenile in custody. Store unable to contact parents. Checks OK.

1:53 p.m. – Contempt of court. Advised caller he will not be at meeting place today for child exchange. General services rendered.

3:05 p.m. – Report of three juveniles on a quad racing up and down the street, two females and a male, at Polk/First/Second. Checks OK.

5:59 p.m. – Family disturbance reported on N Brush. Physically fighting. Female is not taking off in vehicle. Male is still in the living room. No weapons, drinking or drugs. Report taken.

6:17 p.m. – Civil complaint. Reports her ex failed to exchange child in Cloverdale. Caller has paperwork and would like civil standby to pick up child in Lakeport. Civil assist.

6:21 p.m. – Passerby reporting they drove through the parking lot of High Street Café and saw a bald white male adult and a female with light brown hair in their early 20s wearing dark clothes looked like they were going to break into the business. Checks OK.

12:16 a.m. – Missing person runaway. Caller reports that her daughters, 16 and 13 years old, ran away. They left about one hour ago after a family argument, unknown direction of travel. General services rendered.

12:48 a.m. – Traffic stop at Willow Tree Plaza. Warning.

3:16 a.m. – Traffic stop at 16th/N. High. Warning.

8:03 a.m. – Attempted suicide reported at Evergreen Healthcare. A 64-year-old male cut an artery. Report taken.

9:55 a.m. – Fraud reported. Male subject sold reporter a fake lottery ticket in front of the Buckhorn Club 5-10 minutes ago. Gone on arrival.

10:09 a.m. – Traffic stop at 11th/Highway 29. Warning.

10:59 a.m. – Health and safety other violations. Report of five subjects, three males, two females, on side of Mexican restaurant next to the Dollar Tree smoking drugs from a large pipe. Gone on arrival.

11:07 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances reported; caller saw a female trying to avoid a male subject as she was walking, male subject continued to follow female. Unknown if they know each other, or if disturbance. Last seen toward Lake Village Apartments on S. Forbes. Vehicle parked at Grocery Outlet may be involved. Gone on arrival.

11:31 a.m. – Pedestrian check at Fifth and S. Main. Arrest made.

12:03 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Report of a red MITS truck w/trailer with garbage falling out of trailer, on Lakeshore Bl/Rainbow Rd. Gone on arrival.

1:12 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle at Bruno’s Foods. Parking citation.

1:40 p.m. – Traffic stop at Lakeshore Boulevard and Rainbow Road. Moving violation citation.

1:45 p.m. – Shoplifter reported at K Mart. Shoplifter in custody in office. Report taken. Released on cite.

2:13 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances reported. With a juvenile reporter in the parking lot of Sears regarding a possible burglary to storage units behind business. General services rendered.

2:59 p.m. – Trespassing reported on Parallel Drive. Per the caller there is a restraining order that responsible is not to be by her property. General services rendered.

3:13 p.m. – Fire alarm reported at Lakeport Skilled Nursing. Disregard from alarm company.

4:33 p.m. – Theft up to $400 reported at Lakeside Lanes, someone stole sons’ skateboard. Report taken.

5:02 p.m. – Caller reports that 26-year-old daughter threatened her and smashed a cigarette in her face. Caller left daughter in Safeway shopping area. She does not want to press charges but is concerned for her welfare. General services rendered.

7:21 p.m. – Traffic stop at Hartley/16th. Warning.

7:23 p.m. – Traffic stop at Orchid Way/16th. Warning.

8:45 p.m. – Traffic stop at N. Main/11th. Warning.

9:36 p.m. – Traffic stop at Eighth/N. Main. Warning.

11:15 p.m. – Simple battery. Report that a female was just assaulted by two females and a male subject at the Clear Lake Club. Report taken.
