12:04 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Officers Christopher Fisher, Jacob Steely, Dale Stoebe and Richard Santor respond to caller's report of hearing banging noises on her roof, directly above her unit, Bevins Court. Gone on arrival.
1:33 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officers Richard Santor and Christopher Fisher initiated activity at Jack In The Box, Soda Bay Road; red 1996 Plymouth Neon. Warning.
2:25 a.m. – Family disturbance. Officer Richard Santor responded to physical altercation in front of Fairground Village Mobile Home Park. Parties separated. Reporter’s grandson, 19 years old, is under the influence and was in a disturbance with his girlfriend. Girlfriend is denying medical. Negative weapons. Report taken.
3:48 a.m. – Traffic collision with injury. Officers Richard Santor and Jacob Steely responded to a vehicle reported in ditch at Russell and Compton streets; brown Ford F150 four-door. Report taken. Lakeport Police Department advises the vehicle is empty; can cancel medical. General services rendered.
8:59 a.m. – Theft up to $400. Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to a theft of more soda reported on Street Street. Report taken.
10:17 a.m. – Noninjury traffic collision. Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to incident at Express Lube & Oil, N. High Street, silver Crown Victoria. General services rendered.
3:09 p.m. – Public intoxication. Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to caller who reports his wife is intoxicated on Parallel Drive. She is knocking things over, yelling and trying to crawl to the bedroom. Warning.
4:13 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officers Dale Stoebe, Glenn Capurro and Brad Rasmussen responded male reported losing his clothing and staggering at Park Place Restaurant, Third Street. In a silver/gray 1987 Honda CRX, northbound on Main Street. Report taken.
7:30 p.m. – Follow up. Officer Dale Stoebe reported subject of case from last night with male calling his 13-year-old daughter. Tonight respondent made threats to come to reporter’s house. Report taken. Old case.

12:41 a.m. – Family disturbance. Officers Jim Bell, Jacob Steely and Mauricio Barreto respond to caller at Floyd Way who reported 20 people in physical disturbance. One has a baseball bat. Report taken.
6:58 a.m. – Family disturbance. Officers Destry Henderson, Louis Riccardi and Brad Rasmussen respond to officer-initiated activity at Martin Street and Starr. Checks OK.
8:31 a.m. – Penal code/other offenses. Officer Brad Rasmussen initiated activity at Lakeport Police Department. General services rendered.
8:56 a.m. – Follow up. Officer Brad Rasmussen initiated activity at Clear Lake Avenue. Report taken.
9:37 a.m. – Civil complaint. Officers Brad Rasmussen and Kevin Odom responded to a person associated with black Toyota Tercel needing a civil standby to pick up children at N. High Street. General services rendered.
9:55 a.m. – Family disturbance. Officers Destry Henderson and Chief Kevin Burke respond to male and female in altercation at Fifth and Park. They left, male driving, toward Bank of America and then northbound on Main Street. Gone on arrival.

12:23 p.m. – Follow up. Officer Kevin Odom initiated activity at Hundred block of Hartley. General services rendered.
12:30 p.m. – Public disturbance. Officers Dave Perry, Brad Rasmussen, Destry Henderson and Kevin Burke. Two males reported in physical altercation on Parallel Drive and Linda. One is intoxicated and was trying to drive. Arrest made.

3:35 p.m. – Malicious mischief vandalism. Person associated with a white Suburban; vandalism to his vehicle at Lakeport Corp Yard, Martin Street. Report taken.
5:57 p.m. – Family disturbance. Officer Kevin Odom responds to report of two parents in verbal disturbance about a restraining order at Clear Lake High School. Civil assist.
8:10 p.m. – Contempt of court. Officer Jim Bell responds to caller who would like to report violation of temporary restraining order at Clear Lake High School. General services rendered.

12:43 a.m. – Officer initiated activity at Rainbow Mobile Home Park, Lakeshore Boulevard. Outside agency assist.
1:03 a.m. – Caller reports man with a gun is standing at the front window of a residence on First Street. Report taken.
1:27 a.m. – Family disturbance. Officer initiated activity at US Postal Service, 11th Street. Reports of a physical altercation. Gone on arrival.
1:55 a.m. – An anonymous male reports loud male and females in backyard on Palm Drive. They are laughing, yelling and dogs are barking. Warning. Tried to shut it down; might have been successful.
1:58 a.m. – Follow up. Officer initiated activity at First Street. General services rendered.
7:09 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Officer initiated activity at Clear Lake High School, Lange Street. Checks OK.
7:11 a.m. – Foot patrol. Officer initiated activity at Clear Lake High School football stadium. Checks OK.
7:33 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Caller on N. Main Street reports suspects outside her residences. States subjects are outside working on her house and making large holes. Unknown if there are mental issues, states that LPD is familiar with the problems. Caller is hard of hearing and has difficulty speaking clearly. General services rendered.

5:48 p.m. – Simple battery. Caller reports being assaulted by a group of girls who are now outside the house on Manzanita. Report taken.
7:22 p.m. – Family disturbance. Anonymous caller reports hearing a female having a domestic violence dispute with her boyfriend at The Cove, Lakeshore Boulevard. Caller can hear male screaming at the female. History of domestic violence and history of methamphetamine use. Unknown weapons. Respondents Indian male adult and Indian female adult, 40s. 7:37 p.m. – Attempt suicide. Mother reports her 14-year-old son has locked himself in the bathroom and is attempting to cut his wrist. She took the scissors away from the juvenile but there is blood on this arms. He has a history of bipolar disorder and suicide attempts. Report taken.
7:44 p.m. – Family disturbance. Caller reports his wife took his EDD paperwork so he is unable to get a check. He states his wife scratched him earlier today, however nothing is physical now, just verbal. He is out front of apartment on Lakeshore Boulevard and female is inside. Report taken.
9:03 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Caller reports hearing someone running on top of her roof. In 2004, when she heard the same, someone was actually trying to break into a neighbors residence. General services rendered.
9:41 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer initiated activity at Highway 29 and Lakeport Boulevard; 2004 Dodge 4-door. Report taken.
