9:32 a.m. – Clear Lake High School Principal has juveniles detained in the office for being under the influence. General services rendered.
11:16 a.m. – Tower Mart, Lakeport Boulevard, reports a male subject in the parking lot asking people for money. They asked him to leave and he got “mouthy” with the clerk. Described as 5’7”, thin build, white t-shirt and gold-colored pants associated with a maroon car. Gone on arrival.
11:18 a.m. – Coast Guard Auxiliary reports a male associated with a Bayliner that does not have a sticker is getting upset. Requests an officer to respond to the Fifth Street Boat Ramp. Referred to another agency.
11:56 a.m. – Boating activities. Officer initiated activity on the Lake/3rd Street Boat Ramp. Quagga mussel issue.
12:10 p.m. – Noninjury traffic collision. Kmart, S. Main Street. Caller is associated with a white 2002 Chevy Malibu and the other party is a silver Ford van. General services rendered.
1:08 p.m. – Bank of America, N. Main Street, reports elderly male in the new accounts area is yelling at his daughter to leave him alone. Per the daughter, he suffers from Alzheimer's and is requesting an officer. General services rendered.
1:18 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Secondhand information, white male adult with a black cowboy hat and cowboy clothes is walking toward the museum, N. Main Street and Fourth Street, is agitated and talking about murdering people. Gone on arrival.
2:59 p.m. – Follow up. Officer initiated activity at Alterra Drive. Gone on arrival.
3:32 p.m. – Fire/medical aid. A 61-year-old female's shunt is clogged at Evergreen Healthcare. General services rendered.
5:07 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Caller sounded confused, wanted an officer right away, said she couldn’t explain the situation. Requesting welfare check. General services rendered.
5:16 p.m. – Welfare check. Caller in Riviera Heights reports an elderly male is calling her. They don’t know who he is but he keeps asking questions and seems very confused, believes he may have dementia. Number on her caller ID, address obtained from RIMS contacts, last contact with number is February. Incident location is Fairground Village Mobile Park, Martin Street. General services rendered.
8:24 p.m. – Outside agency assist. Lakeport Fire Department, reported to force entry on Montana Vista. Outside agency assist.
8:58 p.m. – Follow up. Officer initiated activity at Clearlake Marina Mobile Home Park, S. Main Street. Gone on arrival.
9:27 p.m. – Manager at Safeway, 11th Street, reports three male shoplifters, left the scene in a white Mitsubishi four-door. General services rendered.
11 p.m. – CVS Alarm Central reports trouble due to problems with the alarm system at CVS Pharmacy, 11th Street. General services rendered.

9:49 a.m. – Commercial Burglary. TAC Studio and Salon, S. Main Street, reported burglary to lock box out back of salon. Report taken.
11:37 a.m. – Injured deer on driveway on Todd Road that needs to be dispatched. Report taken.
12:19 p.m. – Public disturbance. Anonymous male reports there was a fight on N. Brush Street, and some of the parties left in a white car and there are a bunch of people hanging around in the street. Arrest made.
1:49 p.m. – Penal code/other offenses. Counter report at Lakeport Police Department. General services rendered.
2:26 p.m. – Penal code/other offenses. Officer initiated activity at Lakeport Police Department, N. Forbes Street. Arrest made.
3:28 p.m. – Odd car reported parked in the car port for last week or so. Black Mercury with big tires, covered with a tarp. It does not belong to anyone there. Checks OK.
5:18 p.m. – Orange County Sheriff, Florida wants LPD to do a courtesy report for an identity theft and fraud. Industrial Avenue, Scotts Valley Band of Pomo Indians. General services rendered.
6:51 p.m. – Caller is parked in a dirt parking lot near Lakeport Elementary School. Someone blocked her in. She is associated with a white Ford F250. General services rendered.
9:59 p.m. – Simple battery; 13-year-old reportedly assaulted by an adult male earlier today while at High Street Mall, N. High Street. Report taken.
11:16 p.m. – Follow up. Officer initiated activity at Via Del Lago. Report taken.
