2:55 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Officer Richard Santor initiated activity at First Street and Starr; 2002 Ford. Parking citation.


7:13 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officers Michael Williams and Norm Taylor initiated activity at S. Main Street and Armstrong. Warning.


9:25 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officers Michael Williams and Norm Taylor responded to a report of a 2-year-old male and 1-year-old female that were locked in a gray Mazda, alone for the last 20 minutes, in front of Lake County Child Support, N. Main Street and Fifth Street. Gone on arrival.


10 a.m. – Noninjury traffic collision. Officers Michael Williams and Norm Taylor responded to a vehicle that was reported to have rolled into caller's red Chevy 4x4 in front of PG&E office, N. Forbes Street. No one in the respondent’s vehicle. General services rendered.


11:08 a.m. – Missing person adult. Officers Jason Ferguson & Darren Daskam responded to a report of a man's 92-year-old wife with Alzheimers walking away from her house on Broten Court about five to 10 minutes ago. Husband is blind and cannot go look for her. She is described as a white female, short, thin build, gray hair, wearing light colored clothes. Referred to another agency.


11:12 a.m. – Found property. Officers Michael Williams and Norm Taylor initiated activity at Catfish Books, 11th Street. Report taken.


12:48 p.m. – Warrant service. Hill road Correctional Facility requests attempted service on a subject released today in error. Subject wanted on a Butte County felony. White male, 21 years old, 5’7”, 190 pounds, brown hair, brown eyes. Was released 2.5 hours ago. Report taken by Officers Michael Williams and Norm Taylor.


4:33 p.m. – Welfare check. VA Clinic, Ukiah, reports client at Clearlake Marina Mobile Home Park is threatening suicide by gun. He is depressed after receiving a letter that his financial aid was cut. His phone is now disconnected. Checks OK. Officer Dale Stoebe responded.


5:52 p.m. – Health and safety other violations. Officer Dale Stoebe responded to UPS, Craig Avenue, reports employee reporting driver picked up package of marijuana today. Report taken.


6:26 p.m. – Certified Security, Chico, reported auditory/ER motion alarm at Lake County Social Services Department, S. Forbes Street. Disregard from alarm company.


6:34 p.m. – Public disturbance. Officers Jason Ferguson and Dale Stoebe respond to report from a passerby on 11th Street and N. Main Street who reported a male hit a female in the face. They continued walking together westbound on 11th Street from Main and may have turned onto a side street. White male, 30s, 5’10”-5’11”, stocky build, shaved head, wearing jeans. White female 30s, 5’6” with shoulder length very blonde hair. Arrest made.


7:22 p.m. – Malicious mischief vandalism. Cell phone caller reports brother broke a window in the front of his house following an argument. Respondent no longer on scene, he left in unknown vehicle with his girlfriend. General services rendered. Response to detail canceled via phone.


8:14 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Officer Richard Santor responded to a report of a 13-year-old girl receiving phone calls from male in Texas. Report taken.


8:19 p.m. – Follow up. Officers Jason Ferguson and Dale Stoebe initiated activity at Pogo’s Pizza, State Highway 281. Report taken.


11:07 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Officer Richard Santor initiated activity at Fifth Street Boat Ramp, Blue 1994 Toyota truck. Checks OK.


11:37 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Officer Richard Santor initiated activity at Handy Auto Supply, N. Main St. Dark Voyager van. General services rendered.
