1:22 a.m. – Wireless 911 hang up. Officer Kevin Odom responded to report from California Highway Patrol, which reported hearing a verbal then disconnected cell call at Park and 11th streets. Contacted person on the cell who advised there was an altercation at The Full Throttle and police department is on scene. General services rendered.


2:25 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Officer Jim Bell responded to caller at Full Throttle Tavern, S. Main Street, who reported a friend was last seen 30 minutes ago and they cannot find her. Unsure if she left with someone; caller very under the influence. General services rendered.


9:31 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Officer Jason Ferguson responded to caller who reports a boat and trailer parked on 24th Street that may be a traffic hazard. Parking citation.


9:57 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Officer Norm Taylor initiated activity at Kmart, S. Main Street. Parking citation issued.


11:13 a.m. – Malicious mischief vandalism. Officer Norm Taylor responded to Unique Auto Werks, Parallel Drive, where vandalism to a vehicle was reported. Report taken.


11:31 a.m. – Juvenile problems. Officer Norm Taylor responded to Lake County Museum, N. Main Street, where two juveniles were in front of the entrance skateboarding. Warning.


11:51 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Officer Jason Ferguson responded to caller on S. Main Street who reports unknown subjects have removed her dock and replaced with another. Report taken.


12:37 p.m. – Juvenile problems. Officer Norm Taylor responded to report from caller at Library Park, Park Street, who said several juveniles were causing problems near the gazebo, two of them were trying to physically fight, requested area check. Gone on arrival.


2:44 p.m. – Welfare check. Caller on Wendy Lane reported female associated with an older light blue Nissan pickup was hanging on the door of the truck and had no pants on; requesting area check. Gone on arrival.


4:43 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Jason Ferguson initiated activity at Bruno’s Foods. Parking citation issued.


5:45 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Park Place, Third Street. Warning.


5:55 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Jason Ferguson initiated activity at Handy Auto Supply, S. Main Street. Warning.


5:57 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Kevin Odom initiated activity at S. Main and Armstrong streets. Warning.


6:04 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officers Jim Bell and Jason Ferguson initiated activity at TNT on the Lake, First Street. On parking cites. Warning.


7:24 p.m. – Shoplifter. Lt. Brad Rasmussen and Chief Kevin Burke respond to Kmart at S. Main Street where it was reported a person just shoplifted and left scene in silver four-door sedan. Last seen headed southbound on Main Street. General services rendered.


7:27 p.m. – Pedestrian check. Officer Kevin Odom initiated activity at Hillside Honda, S. Main Street. Report taken.


8:25 p.m. – Noise disturbance. Officer Richard Santor responded to report from anonymous female who said she heard loud music on the street just north of Lily Cove, Oak Knoll Avenue and S. Main Street. Caller asked them to turn it down and they didn’t. Warning.


8:45 p.m. – Traffic stop. Lt. Brad Rasmussen and Chief Kevin Burke initiated activity at Grocery Outlet, S. Main Street. Warning.


9:56 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Officer Kevin Odom responded to report from caller who advised there is a problem in Library Park but could not provide a location because was not from the area and became argumentative when asked further. Gone on arrival.


11:21 p.m. – Traffic stop. Lt. Brad Rasmussen and Chief Kevin Burke initiated activity at Lily Cove Avenue and S. Main Street. Warning.

12:01 a.m. – Threats. Lt. Brad Rasmussen, Chief Kevin Burke and Officer Richard Santor respond to caller in front of Clearlake Club Bar, N. Main Street, who reports subjects are in the bar making threats. Caller is is under the influence, negative drugs, negative weapons. Report taken.


1:10 a.m. – Traffic stop. Lt. Brad Rasmussen, Chief Kevin Burke and Officer Jim Bell initiate activity at Grocery Outlet, S. Main Street; silver Chevy S10. Report taken.


1:35 a.m. – Family disturbance. Deputy Sarah Hardisty responds to Konocti Vista Casino to a report of a male and female in physical, now in security office. Security will call back with further. Report taken.


1:43 a.m. – Public intoxication. Officer Jim Bell responds to report of a drunk male walking in the area vomiting on Oak Knoll Avenue and S. Main Street. Arrest made.


2:07 a.m. – Noise disturbance. Sgt. Kevin Odom, Lt. Brad Rasmussen, Chief Kevin Burke and Officer Jim Bell respond to report of a loud party on Lakeshore Boulevard. Warning.


5:18 a.m. – Noise disturbance. Officer Richard Santor responds to report of loud party on Oak Knoll Avenue. Warning.


6:06 a.m. – Civil complaint. Officer Jarvis Leishman responds to request for civil standby to retrieve property from residence on Oak Knoll Avenue. General services rendered.


9 a.m. – Pedestrian check. Officer Jarvis Leishman initiates activity at Lakeshore Boulevard and Lange Street. Warning.


9:29 a.m. – Pedestrian check. Officer Jarvis Leishman initiates activity at Chevron Station, S. Main Street. General services rendered.

6:27 p.m. – Traffic stop. Sgt. Kevin Odom initiates activity at Parallel Drive and Woodward Way. Warning.


7:06 p.m. – Traffic stop. Sgt. Kevin Odom initiates activity at S. Main and Armstrong streets; 1994 Jaguar four-door. Moving violation citation.


8:13 p.m. – Foot patrol. Officer Destry Henderson and Chief Kevin Burke initiate activity at Library Park, Park Street. General services rendered.


8:20 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Officers Richard Santor and Destry Henderson, Chief Kevin Burke and Sgt. Kevin Odom respond to resident on First Street who reported her roommate is throwing her property in front of the residence and tried to hit her; negative contact. Subject is still throwing property over the balcony; possibly on drugs, negative alcohol. General services rendered.


8:35 p.m. – Public intoxication. Deputy Jacob Steely and Sgt. Kevin Odom respond to Rotten Robbie where two white male adults are on the side of the building extremely drunk, stumbling around; one described wearing gray/blue shirt, shorts, white tennis shoes. Warning.


9:16 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Destry Henderson and Chief Kevin Burke initiate activity at Lakeshore Boulevard and Beach Lane; 2005 Honda. Warning.


10:45 p.m. – Lake County ordinance. Officer Destry Henderson and Chief Kevin Burke respond to report of illegal fireworks on Pike Drive and Royal Avenue; can see them going into the air coming from the parking lot of education building near that location. Gone on arrival.


10:57 p.m. – Alarm. Officer Richard Santor and Sgt. Kevin Odom respond to report from West Alert regarding an audible interior motion; response pending at Valero, S. Main Street. General services rendered.


11:20 p.m. – Public disturbance. Officers Richard Santor and Destry Henderson, Sgt. Kevin Odom and Chief Kevin Burke respond to Lake County Fairgrounds on Martin Street, where it was reported several people are in a physical at the race track; unknown weapons. Warning.


11:48 p.m. – Noise disturbance. Officers Richard Santor and Destry Henderson, and Chief Kevin Burke respond to report of people in upstairs unit of Regency Inn, N. Main Street, who are partying and making a lot of noise and will not quiet down. Warning.


11:50 p.m. – Noise disturbance. Officer Destry Henderson, Chief Kevin Burke and Sgt. Kevin Odom respond to report of a female who advised she heard a loud rumbling somewhere on Fourth or Fifth streets; possibly a loud motor has been going on for a while; no further. Gone on arrival.

12:23 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at N. Main and Third Street. Warning.


7:43 a.m. – Problem with a subject. Officer Norm Taylor responded to report from United Parcel Service, Craig Street, about a subject in the business and refusing to leave. General services rendered.


10:11 a.m. – Shoplifter. Officers Norm Taylor and Jason Ferguson responded to Grocery Outlet, S. Main Street, reported a shoplifter who assaulted the manager. Subject currently is in the parking lot, described as white male, 6 feet 2 inches tall, dark brown hair, 175 pounds. Arrest made.


12:06 p.m. – Follow up. Officer Norm Taylor initiated activity at Grocery Outlet, S. Main Street. General services rendered.


12:22 p.m. – Security check. Officer initiated activity at Clear Lake High School. General

services rendered.


2:19 p.m. – Noninjury traffic collision. Officer Jason Ferguson responded to Grocery Outlet, S. Main Street. Car into a semi. Citizens assist.


3:10 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Officers Norm Taylor and Jason Ferguson responded to report of a vehicle blocking the alley way, not allowing caller to leave. Located on the Waterfront, Third Street. Subject left, but vehicle remains blocking the way out. Caller will be in the alley way. General services rendered.


4:29 p.m. – Juvenile problems. Officer Kevin Odom responded to a report of a subject throwing things around; acting very irrational. Caller is afraid she will turn against someone in the house. Arrest

made.


4:50 p.m. – Theft up to $400. Officer Jason Ferguson responded to a caller at Little Caesar’s, Kmart, S. Main Street. Her wallet was taken while inside the store. Report taken.


9:29 p.m. – Welfare check. Officer Jim Bell responded to report of an elderly male who was lying on the curb at 16th Street and Hartley Drive. Caller believes that he may be confused or lost; no need for

medical. Caller will wait on scene. General services rendered.


10:01 p.m. – Residential burglary. Officer Kevin Odom took report at location on S. Brush Street. Report taken.


10:28 p.m. – Music disturbance. Officers Kevin Odom and Jim Bell responded to loud music reported at Beach Court and Beach Lane. General services rendered.


11:13 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Officers Jim Bell and Kevin Odom initiated activity at Safeway, 11th Street. Contacting subject in the store with a possible firearm; will check in. Gone on arrival.
