1:22 a.m. – Wireless 911 hang up. Officer Kevin Odom responded to report from California Highway Patrol, which reported hearing a verbal then disconnected cell call at Park and 11th streets. Contacted person on the cell who advised there was an altercation at The Full Throttle and police department is on scene. General services rendered.


2:25 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Officer Jim Bell responded to caller at Full Throttle Tavern, S. Main Street, who reported a friend was last seen 30 minutes ago and they cannot find her. Unsure if she left with someone; caller very under the influence. General services rendered.


9:31 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Officer Jason Ferguson responded to caller who reports a boat and trailer parked on 24th Street that may be a traffic hazard. Parking citation.


9:57 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Officer Norm Taylor initiated activity at Kmart, S. Main Street. Parking citation issued.


11:13 a.m. – Malicious mischief vandalism. Officer Norm Taylor responded to Unique Auto Werks, Parallel Drive, where vandalism to a vehicle was reported. Report taken.


11:31 a.m. – Juvenile problems. Officer Norm Taylor responded to Lake County Museum, N. Main Street, where two juveniles were in front of the entrance skateboarding. Warning.


11:51 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Officer Jason Ferguson responded to caller on S. Main Street who reports unknown subjects have removed her dock and replaced with another. Report taken.


12:37 p.m. – Juvenile problems. Officer Norm Taylor responded to report from caller at Library Park, Park Street, who said several juveniles were causing problems near the gazebo, two of them were trying to physically fight, requested area check. Gone on arrival.


2:44 p.m. – Welfare check. Caller on Wendy Lane reported female associated with an older light blue Nissan pickup was hanging on the door of the truck and had no pants on; requesting area check. Gone on arrival.


4:43 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Jason Ferguson initiated activity at Bruno’s Foods. Parking citation issued.


5:45 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Park Place, Third Street. Warning.


5:55 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Jason Ferguson initiated activity at Handy Auto Supply, S. Main Street. Warning.


5:57 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Kevin Odom initiated activity at S. Main and Armstrong streets. Warning.


6:04 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officers Jim Bell and Jason Ferguson initiated activity at TNT on the Lake, First Street. On parking cites. Warning.


7:24 p.m. – Shoplifter. Lt. Brad Rasmussen and Chief Kevin Burke respond to Kmart at S. Main Street where it was reported a person just shoplifted and left scene in silver four-door sedan. Last seen headed southbound on Main Street. General services rendered.


7:27 p.m. – Pedestrian check. Officer Kevin Odom initiated activity at Hillside Honda, S. Main Street. Report taken.


8:25 p.m. – Noise disturbance. Officer Richard Santor responded to report from anonymous female who said she heard loud music on the street just north of Lily Cove, Oak Knoll Avenue and S. Main Street. Caller asked them to turn it down and they didn’t. Warning.


8:45 p.m. – Traffic stop. Lt. Brad Rasmussen and Chief Kevin Burke initiated activity at Grocery Outlet, S. Main Street. Warning.


9:56 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Officer Kevin Odom responded to report from caller who advised there is a problem in Library Park but could not provide a location because was not from the area and became argumentative when asked further. Gone on arrival.


11:21 p.m. – Traffic stop. Lt. Brad Rasmussen and Chief Kevin Burke initiated activity at Lily Cove Avenue and S. Main Street. Warning.
