12:33 a.m. – Lake County ordinance. Sgt. Kevin Odom responds to report of fireworks ongoing for last 20 minutes at 15th and Hartley streets. Gone on arrival.


1:19 a.m. – Noise disturbance. Officer Kevin Odom responds to report of unusually loud voices coming from Full Throttle Tavern, S. Main Street. Warning.


1:42 a.m. – Public disturbance. Officer Richard Santor and Sgt. Kevin Odom respond to report of loud, booming music coming from somewhere in the camp area of Willow Point Resort, First Street. Warning.


1:47 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Destry Henderson and Chief Kevin Burke initiate activity at Hartley and 20th streets; 1997 Ford. Warning.


2:17 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Destry Henderson and Chief Kevin Burke initiate activity at Second and Tunis streets; 2000 Jeep. Warning.


2:20 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Destry Henderson and Chief Kevin Burke initiate activity at S. Forbes and Armstrong streets, removing road hazard. General services rendered.


2:25 a.m. – Pedestrian check. Officer Destry Henderson and Chief Kevin Burke initiate activity at TJs, S. Main Street. Warning.


4:27 a.m. – Noise disturbance. Officer Richard Santor responds to report from Central Park Avenue resident regarding two dogs that belong to the left of him that have gotten out of their kennels and have been running around barking for the last several hours. Caller went to the neighbor’s door and nobody responds. Lakeport Police Department animal call.


11:21 a.m. – Security check. Officer Jarvis Leishman initiates activity at Fifth Street boat ramp, Lakeport Yacht Club. Gone on arrival.


11:59 a.m. – Outside agency assist. Sheriff's Det. Mike Curran and Officer Jarvis Leishman initiate activity at Ruby Drive. General services rendered.


5:05 p.m. – Foot patrol. Officer Jason Ferguson initiates activity at Library Park, Park Street. General services rendered.


5:15 p.m – Traffic stop. Sgt. Dale Stoebe initiates activity at Armstrong and Main streets. Warning.


5:50 p.m. – Traffic stop. Sgt. Dale Stoebe and Officer Richard Santor initiate activity at S. Main and First streets. Moving violation citation.


6:08 p.m. – Be on the lookout. California Highway Patrol reports possible drunk driver on southbound Highway 29, from Highway 20 Upper Lake, green convertible with tan top, possible Camaro. General services rendered.


8:16 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officers Destry Henderson and Richard Santor initiate activity at Renee’s Café, N. Main Street, 1996 Nissan four-door. Warning.


8:41 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Destry Henderson initiates activity at Lake County Fairgrounds, Martin Street; 2008 Ford four-door. Warning.


8:44 p.m. – Traffic stop. Deputies Gavin Wells and Cynthia Radoumis, and Officer Jim Bell initiates activity at Third Street boat ramp. Moving violation citation.


9:28 p.m. – Public intoxication. Sgt. Dale Stoebe and Officer Richard Santor respond to caller on 10th Street who reports her son is intoxicated, angry, yelling and stomping around the residence; smashed the DVD player just prior to her calling. Caller is afraid he may assault her. Warning.


9:42 p.m. – Suspicious person. Deputy Glenn Capurro and Officer Destry Henderson respond to 911 caller's report of two males arguing at the intersection of Highway 175 and Parallel Drive. Caller was passerby, unknown if associated with any vehicles; no further information. Gone on arrival.


9:51 p.m. – Lake County ordinance. Anonymous female reports fireworks at Tish A Tang, Lower Lake. Gone on arrival.


9:55 p.m. – Pedestrian check. Sgt. Dale Stoebe initiates activity at Lakeport Camper and Truck, Fifth Street. Report taken. Released on cite to a parent.


10:07 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Richard Santor initiates activity at Lakeport Fire Department, N. Main Street. Back of parking issues. Moving violation citation.


10:21 p.m. – Outside agency assist. Sgt. Dale Stoebe responds to caller on N. Forbes Street who reports a stray dog climbed into her vehicle and she is disabled and can’t get it out. Citizen's assist.


10:26 p.m. – Lake County ordinance. Caller reports unknown subjects using fireworks in the vineyard of George Street and Mathews Road. General services rendered.


10:37 p.m. – Public disturbance. Officer Richard Santor and Destry Henderson, Sgt. Dale Stoebe and Kevin Burke. A 911 caller reports 15 to 20 people in physical at First and N. Forbes streets. Arrest made.


10:46 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Officer Destry Henderson and Lt. Brad Rasmussen respond to resident on N. High Street who reported a male subject just pulled her 18-year-old daughter’s shirt down and made threats that he was going to return. Suspect is an Indian male, 30s, black hair; last

seen wearing white baseball cap, white t-shirt and shorts. Last seen on foot northbound on High Street. Report taken.


10:55 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Officer Destry Henderson and Lt. Brad Rasmussen respond to report from 14th Street resident who heard someone or something moving around the outside of her residence; nothing seen, heard only. It's been going on for the last 30 minutes. Gone on arrival.


10:58 p.m. – Lake County ordinance. Anonymous male on Boggs Lane and Healton Circle reports fireworks in the roadway. General services rendered.


11:03 p.m. – Pedestrian check. Chief Kevin Burke initiated activity at Library Park, Park Street. Arrest made.


11:07 p.m. – Simple battery. Woman at Library Park, Park Street, reports her ex-husband assaulted her; contact woman in front of the Lakeport Police Department. Responsible is at an unknown location at this time; she denies medical. Report taken.


11:11 p.m. – Suspicious person. Sgts. Kevin Odom and Jason Ferguson respond to report of a male subject trying to break into vehicles at On the Water Front, Third Street. Suspect is described as a white male, 50t o 60 years of age, last seen wearing tan baseball cap, white tank top and blue jean shorts; last seen on foot headed toward the park. Gone on arrival.


11:25 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Lt. Brad Rasmussen, Officer Richard Santor and Chief Kevin Burke respond to report from a 911 caller regarding a disturbance at First and Forbes street. Gone on arrival.


11:57 p.m. – Lake County ordinance. Caller on N. Forbes Street, between Fourth and Fifth streets, treet reports fireworks in the area. General services rendered.
