12:13 a.m. – Public disturbance. Officers Richard Santor and Norm Taylor respond to anonymous female who reports a loud party on Sixth Street. Loud music and cars that have been coming and going all night. Warning.


3:07 a.m. – Noise disturbance. Officer Richard Santor responds to 911 caller who reports a loud party on N. Brush Street. Warning.


8:57 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Jarvis Leishman responds to report of a blue 1984 Dodge truck parked in front of address on High Street for two days. General services rendered.


9:03 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Possible reckless driver reported; just pulled over in “No Parking Zone” in front of Bruno’s parking lot, Lakeport Boulevard and S. Main Street; black Lincoln Mark 8. General services rendered.


10:02 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to Tackle It, N. Main Street, on the report of a white Ford F350 with green wooden camper shell parked in front of business for four days. Warning.


10:54 a.m. – Outside agency assist. Help with parade on 100 block of N. Main Street. General services rendered.


11:52 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Jason Ferguson initiated activity at Fifth Street boat ramp. Warning.


12:38 p.m. – Penal code/other offenses. Subject wants to turn in a handbag at Lakeport Police Department, N. Forbes Street. General services rendered.


1:02 p.m. – Suspicious person. Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to report from resident on Lupoyoma Circle regarding an unknown male subject who stopped in front of their residence and started to scream and yell at caller. Subject was driving a white four-door and left the area in an unknown direction. General Services rendered.


1:42 p.m. – Shoplifter. Officer Jason Ferguson responded to Kmart, S. Main Street, where it was reported that a shoplifter is in custody. Report taken; released on cite.


3:28 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at Lakeport Police Department, N. Forbes Street. General services rendered.


3:30 p.m. – Follow up. Caller on 16th Street reported detail regarding lost wallet. General services rendered.


3:42 p.m. – Civil complaint. Resident on Central Park Avenue reported problems with other tenants who think she stole their barbecue. General services rendered.


4:38 p.m. – Follow up. Officer Jason Ferguson initiated activity at Central Park Avenue. Civil assist.


4:39 p.m. – Be on the lookout. Colusa County Sheriff's Office reported a woman has been traveling for over three hours and is lost, coming from Summit Springs, Bear Valley area per caller. If she drives far enough she will end up in Lake County. Woman is driving green blue Subaru with bike rack; Colusa County and Mendocino County looking for subject. She contacted father at 4:30 p.m.; at this time be on the lookout only. General services rendered.


5:29 p.m. – Music disturbance. Sgt. Kevin Odom responds to report from anonymous male regarding someone near the intersection of Russell and Armstrong streets who is playing really loud bass music. Caller wishes it to stop. Warning.


6:12 p.m. – Outside agency assist. Sgt. Jason Ferguson, Officer Destry Henderson and Sgt. Kevin Odom initiated activity at N. Forbes Street . En route to make sure everyone is out. General services rendered.


7:23 p.m. – Traffic stop. Sgts. Jason Ferguson and Kevin Odom initiated activity at S. Main and C streets. Arrest made.


8:59 p.m. – Follow up. Officers Michael Williams and Richard Santor initiated activity at Clearlake Marina Mobile Home, S. Main Street. Report taken.


9:08 p.m. – LPD animal control issue. Officer Destry Henderson responded to report from anonymous female who saw a large white/gray 7- to 8-year-old husky with no tags running in the roadway at S. Main and Armstrong streets. Doesn’t see it now, requests area check only. Gone on arrival.


9:34 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at Bruno’s Foods, Lakeport Boulevard. Parking citation issued.


9:48 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Officers Michael Williams, Richard Santor and Destry Henderson and, and Sgt. Kevin Odom. Caller on Lily Cove Avenue reported two intoxicated males in front of residence with caller's husband; possibly in a verbal altercation. Subjects are angry due to caller putting up no parking signs as they are having a large party in the area. Warning.


10:27 p.m. – Threats. Officers Michael Williams and Richard Santor respond to 911 caller in front of museum, N. Main Street, wants to report subject left threats on her cell phone. Report taken.


10:31 p.m. – Shots fired. Officers Michael Williams, Richard Santor and Destry Henderson, and Sgt. Kevin Odom respond to 911 caller who heard Spanish yelling and then two shots. Possibly a .22-caliber handgun. Location sounded like either Main Street side of Willow Point, C Street area or Armstrong. Caller states he heard fireworks earlier but this was not fireworks. Gone on arrival.


11:27 p.m. – Noise disturbance. Officers Michael Williams and Richard Santor responded to report from anonymous female about a loud party on 24th Street. Approximately five people are in the backyard of residence. Warning.

9:46 a.m. – Threats. Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to report from an anonymous male regarding a subject who was making threats regarding his landlord on Parallel Drive, and who advised the caller that he wanted to shoot his landlord in the head. The caller is unsure if the subject has a gun; neighbor hasn’t been back at the house since last night and is moving out. Gone on arrival.


10:34 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Lt. Brad Rasmussen and Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to Prestige Tattoo, S. Main Street, regarding a possible burglary. Female subject was hanging out of a window of a house in the alley, caller was uncooperative and disconnected. Warning.


12:44 p.m. – Civil complaint. Caller reports civil issues at Sixth Street. Civil assist.


12:54 p.m. – Penal code/other offenses. Sgt. Jason Ferguson initiated activity at Lakeport Police Department. Report taken.


2:29 p.m. – Wireless 911 hang up. Did not connect. On call back message comes back. General services rendered.


2:30 p.m. – Family disturbance. Sgt. Jason Ferguson and Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to Kragen, S. Main Street, regarding two subjects in a physical; possibly getting ready to leave. Gold Toyota or silver Dodge. Warning.


2:46 p.m. – Security check. Sgt. Jason Ferguson and Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at Sixth Street. Civil assist.


5:04 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to Lakeport City Hall, Park Street, where it was reported a vendor is using the table closest to the ramp at Library Park. Vendor has been asked to leave and is refusing; per caller he is not allowed to be selling items at location. Warning.


8:08 p.m. – Juvenile problems. Officer Richard Santor responded to Lakeside Lanes where it was reported about 12 juveniles inside the vacant building next store with their skateboards. Warning.


8:29 p.m. – Welfare check. Sgt. Kevin Odom responded to caller on Bevins Street who requested a welfare check on mother. The mother called the her daughter, wanting her to remove boyfriend from the residence. Caller stated her mother did throw a phone at the male but the male is not being threatened; there is a rifle in the residence not mentioned today. Civil assist.


8:35 p.m. – Foot patrol. Lt. Brad Rasmussen initiated activity at Library Park, Park Street. Arrest made; released on cite.


9:25 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Officer Richard Santor responded to report from 911 caller regarding subjects unloading lumber at property on Boggs Lane. Per caller, they are in home health care workers and the patient is in the hospital; a neighbor will be on scene to speak with officer. Caller is another in home health care worker. Gone on arrival.


9:29 p.m. – Welfare check. Caller's son has been emotionally distraught and drinking for the last week; subject is upset over a recent breakup with a girlfriend. Caller believes he needs to be mentally evaluated and he has been abusive to family members recently unsure if he was today. Caller was unable to contact him. General services rendered.


9:46 p.m. – Traffic stop. Lt. Brad Rasmussen initiated activity at S. Main and Armstrong streets. Warning.


10:06 p.m. – Noise disturbance. Officer Norm Taylor and Sgt. Kevin Odom responded to caller on Montana Vista who reports several neighbor juveniles screaming and being loud, hanging around the caller's car. She asked them to move along and they got mouthy with her. Report taken.


10:21 p.m. – Security check. Officer Richard Santor initiated activity at Biggs 155 Diner, Park Street. General services rendered.

10:02 a.m. – Follow up. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Fourth Street, near vehicle abatement. Yellow Chevrolet. Report taken.


10:57 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Fourth and N. Main streets. Parking citation.


11:18 a.m. – Theft up to $400. Officer Jim Bell responded to caller in front of Perko’s, 11th Street, who wants to report a theft from his truck that occurred near Manzanita Drive and 11th Street. He is with an older brown Ford Ranger. Report taken.


12:51 p.m. – Follow up. Officer Jason Ferguson initiated activity at Sunshine Manor, Giselman Drive. General services rendered.


1:47 p.m. – Illegal entry. Officer Jim Bell and Lt. Brad Rasmussen responded to report of a young girl and a male who are refusing to leave 27b, Clearlake Marina Mobile Home Park. General services rendered.


1:54 p.m. – Shoplifter. Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to caller following a theft suspect who is near 10th Street and Tunis Avenue. Suspect is on a bicycle, with black t-shirt and black and white hat, with a backpack. Caller is in a 2004 tan Lincoln; a woman at Safeway reported to him that she saw the theft. Arrest made.


6:21 p.m. – Noninjury traffic collision. Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to Burger King, Lakeport Boulevard, where a possible DUI driver was reported in the drive through. Driver hit another car and a garbage can; vehicle is an older green four-door. Arrest made.


6:46 p.m. – 911 hang up. Never connected, 11th Street. Warning.


8:30 p.m. – Family disturbance. Officer Norm Taylor responded to caller who can hear a male and female in a heated verbal altercation, with things being thrown in the residence on Konocti Avenue. Caller stated it sounds physical but heard only, she is concerned because there are two small children in the residence. General services rendered.


11:33 p.m. – Follow up. Officer Kevin Odom initiated activity at Burger King, Lakeport Boulevard. Report taken.

12:32 a.m. – Noise disturbance. Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to report from anonymous female about a loud party in the area at Lake County Museum, N. Main Street. Warning.


12:58 a.m. – Noise disturbance. Officer Norm Taylor responded to caller who reported a loud party; wants to sign a complaint. Occurred at N. Main and Second streets. Warning.


8:16 a.m. – Found property. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Grocery Outlet, S. Main Street. Report taken; previous case.


8:34 a.m. – Be on the lookout; 911 caller reported metallic Honda Civic now going toward Safeway on 11th Street, passed the caller in the middle lane on High Street. Requests area check; 2009 Honda four-door. General services rendered.


8:42 a.m. – Juvenile problems. Officer Jim Bell responds to secondhand information regarding a suspect in Library Park, last seen carrying a backpack, possibly armed, Park Street. Gone on arrival.


8:58 a.m. – Malicious mischief vandalism. Officer Jim Bell responded to report of two vehicles at a residence on Ninth Street. Occurred last night. Report taken.


1:57 p.m. – Welfare check. Officer Jim Bell responds to report from Lake County Mental Health regarding a 56-year-old client did not show up for her appointment to get her medication; history of schizophrenia, no violent history, no associated vehicles; if contact is made have her call the clinic. General services rendered.


2:11 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Royal Automotive Center, Lakeport Boulevard. Warning.


2:16 p.m. – Follow up. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Kmart, S. Main Street. General services rendered.


3:19 p.m. – Wireless 911 hang up. Never connected; incident on Davis Street, Clearlake. General services rendered.


4:52 p.m. – Pedestrian check. Officer-initiated activity at Linda Lane and Parallel Drive. General services rendered.


8:47 p.m. – Malicious mischief vandalism. Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to report of vandalism to boat trailer on 24th Street. General services rendered.


9:15 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Norm Taylor initiated activity at Eighth and N. Forbes streets. Warning.


9:19 p.m. – Family disturbance. Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to report of a male and female in a verbal altercation at Grocery Outlet, S. Main Street. Female is trying to walk away and saying, “Leave me alone,” male is following her. They were last seen walking toward Lakeside Lanes; female is described as white, 20 years old, dark blonde; last seen wearing green shirt and jeans; male described as Hispanic male, 20 years old, black hair; last seen wearing white shirt and jeans. Gone on arrival.


8:03 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Officer Norm Taylor responds to caller who reports five subjects are going through his garbage in front of his residence on Esplanade Street. Too dark to provide description. Gone on arrival.


8:59 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Officer Norm Taylor responded to resident at Regency Inn, N. Main Street, reports hearing someone honking in the parking lot; wants personal contact. General services rendered.


9:05 p.m. – Family disturbance. Officer Norm Taylor responded to caller on Parallel Drive who reported her son assaulted her. Subject was under the influence, negative weapons. Caller denies medical. General services rendered.
