2:17 a.m. – Pedestrian check. Officer Richard Santor initiated activity at Clearlake Club Bar, N. Main Street. General services rendered.


2:22 a.m. – Family disturbance. Officers Richard Santor, Sgt. Dale Stoebe and Deputies Mauricio Barreto and Christopher Fisher respond to report from anonymous female who heard a male and female in an altercation, possibly physical in the back bedroom of the residence at Forbes Apartments, S. Forbes Street. Outside agency assist.


4:20 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Deputy Mauricio Barreto and Officer Richard Santor respond to Go For It Janitorial, which requests contact. Found possible missing items at Umpqua Bank, 11th Street. General Services rendered.


4:22 a.m. – Suspicious person. Officer Richard Santor responded to male reported sleeping or passed out in the doorway of Lakeport City Hall, Park Street. Subject described as wearing dark blue sweatshirt and jeans. Arrest made.


8:08 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at California Medical Foundation, S. Main Street. Arrest made.


10:05 a.m. – Family disturbance. Officer Jim Bell and Chief Kevin Burke respond to anonymous report of a verbal disturbance at the Forbes Apartment, S. Forbes Street. General services rendered.


10:15 a.m. – Threats. Officer Jim Bell responded to report from Marine Recruit regarding caller's son at Clover Hydro, Industrial Avenue. General services rendered.


10:16 a.m. – Problem with a subject. Officer Jim Bell responds to a man at Kathy Fowler Chevrolet, Parallel Drive, whoe reports he and his wife had a disagreement and she took his keys and is walking on Parallel Drive toward Tower Mart. Suspect is a white, 82-year-old female, last seen wearing a bright blue shirt, states she is confused. General services rendered.


10:17 a.m. – Warrant service. Suspect is at Lakeport Police Department. Gone on arrival.


11:47 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Vehicle reported parked in the disabled space without proper permits at Allen’s Furniture, S. Main Street. General services rendered.


12:23 p.m. – Outside agency assist. Officer Jim Bell responded to report of a dog locked in a pickup truck at Grocery Outlet, S. Main Street. Lakeport Police Department animal call.


12:54 p.m. – Follow up. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Probation Office, Smith Street. General services rendered.


2:13 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Jim Bell responded to report from an anonymous female regarding a possible drunk driver southbound from D Street on Main Street. Caller saw the male stumble out of the bar and and get in his red Mitsubishi and almost run into another vehicle; last seen on Lakeport Boulevard, toward the highway. Gone on arrival.


2:43 p.m. – Public disturbance. Officer Jim Bell and Chief Kevin Burke responded to Grocery Outlet's report of a physical disturbance in front of the store between three subjects and a small child. Report taken.


4:47 p.m. – California Highway Patrol assist. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at S. State Highway 29 and Cole Creek Road, Kelseyville. Referred to another agency.


6:34 p.m. – Theft over $400. Theft of laptop reported on Oakcrest Drive. Laptop was delivered by FedEx today and the caller got home and found the box empty. Report taken.


8:29 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officers Destry Henderson and Norm Taylor initiated activity at Lakeshore Boulevard and Sayer Street; 1973 Chevrolet pickup. Warning.


8:52 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officers Norm Taylor and Destry Henderson initiated activity at Jack in the Box, Soda Bay Road; 2009 Hyundai four-door. Warning.


9:06 p.m. – 911 hang up. Quick Dial Tony, Parallel Drive, reported static only at residence. General services rendered.


9:21 p.m. – 911 hang up. Quick Dial reported static only at Parallel Drive residence; was out there end of last month and residence doesn’t even have a phone. General services rendered.


9:52 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Officers Destry Henderson and Norm Taylor and Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to report from 911 caller regarding his cousin is parked on Sixth Street, yelling at him from a vehicle. Disconnected on hold. Civil assist.


8:26 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Officer Norm Taylor responded to report from anonymous male who reports he sees fireworks in the area of the Clear Lake High School football field, Lange Street. Gone on arrival.
