9:27 a.m. – Family disturbance. Officer Jim Bell responded to a N. Brush Street report that a subject pushed the caller and took their 2-year-old daughter. He is on foot, headed toward Ninth Street, carrying the diaper bag and the child. General services rendered.
9:33 a.m. – Penal code/other offenses. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Lakeport Police Department, N. Forbes Street. General services rendered.

6:21 p.m. – Shoplifter. Officer Norm Taylor responded to Jackpot Food Mart on S. Main Street. Subject reportedly sitting in the back of a white Ford four-door, occupied by five Hispanic males, last seen heading northbound on Main Street. General services rendered.
9:14 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Sgt. Kevin Odom responded to anonymous report of a white Hyundai parked for last two hours in the no parking zone on Konocti Avenue. Warning given; area not properly posted, but they moved the vehicle anyway.
9:29 p.m. – Traffic stop. Sgt. Kevin Odom initiated activity at Royale Avenue. Warning given.
11:33 p.m. – Music disturbance. Sgt. Kevin Odom, Officer Richard Lamm and Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to ongoing problem of music, loud voices and dogs barking on Sixth and N. High streets. Warning given.

5:23 a.m. – Officer Jim Bell responded to Terrace Middle School, Lange Street. An employee in the kitchen advises that the premises was ransacked overnight. Report taken.
8:31 a.m. – Attempt to contact. Welfare check requested on subject on Fourth Street. He was supposed to be in Department A this morning and is not answering the phone. General services rendered. Subject is out of state.
9:18 a.m. – Health and safety other violations. Terrace Middle School, Lange Street, requests cite for eighth grade male for possession and possible under the influence. The parents have been notified. Arrest made.
1:46 p.m. – Officer Jim Bell and Deputy Tom Andrews responded to report of physical altercation between a male and female on 20th Street and N. High Street. Gone on arrival.
2:05 p.m. – Noninjury traffic collision. Officer Jim Bell responded to report on Boggs Lane. The vehicles are partially blocking the roadway. Report taken.
6:44 p.m. – Civil complaint. Caller would like to talk to an officer about a child custody issue. The mother of the child is en route from out-of-county to pick up child. Civil assist.

1:40 a.m. – Noise disturbance. Lt. Brad Rasmussen responded to report of people outside Full Throttle Tavern, S. Main Street, being loud. Warning given.

8:09 a.m. – LPD animal control issue. Officers Richard Lamm and Jarvis Leishman responded to report of a golden retriever on Clear Lake Avenue which has been running loose all week and is very aggressive toward people and animals. Warning given.

Officers Richard Lamm and Jarvis Leishman responded to a report from an anonymous female regarding an ongoing problem with vehicles parking in the “No Parking” zones on Hartley and Anastasia Drive. It has nearly caused several accidents; soccer games are currently going on and the caller wants them cited. Parking citation issued.
11:39 a.m. – Found property. Officers Richard Lamm and Jarvis Leishman responded to Renee’s Café, N. Main Street. The owner reported finding something suspicious and would like to discuss it with an officer. General services rendered.

Dale Stoebe and Jason Ferguson responded to First Street regarding reports of a neighbor outside, near the cars, screaming about the caller parking in her parking spot. Caller feels unsafe, as the subject has a broom. The subject is not threatening with it tonight, but has hit the caller in the past. Civil assist.
6:31 p.m. – Shoplifter. Kmart, S. Main Street, has two female subjects in custody. Arrest made.
8:01 p.m. – Public intoxication. Officer Norm Taylor and Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to report of male, under the influence, at Octoberfest at the Lion’s Club table, near the clock, Park Street. General services rendered.
