12:48 a.m. – Alarm. Sgt. Dale Stoebe and Officer Norm Taylor responded to CVS Pharmacy, 11th Street. Audible and multiple glass breaking sounds reported. Report taken.


1:57 a.m. – Pedestrian check. Sgt. Dale Stoebe and Deputy Richard Ward initiated activity at TJs, S. Main Street. Arrest made.


5:01 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Norm Taylor initiated activity at sHighway 29 and Ackley Road. Warning given.


7:08 a.m. – Problem with a subject. Officer Jim Bell responded to a request to speak to an officer regarding harassment on First and N. Main streets. Report taken.


10:04 a.m. – Followup. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Todd Road. Report taken.


11:04 a.m. – Health and safety other violations. Officer Jim Bell responded to anonymous report of subject growing marijuana on Third Street. It is unknown if they have a medical marijuana card. General services rendered.


11:40 a.m. – Malicious mischief vandalism. Officer Jim Bell responded to N. Forbes Street residence. Report taken.


12:56 p.m. – Be on the lookout. California Highway Patrol reports possible drunk driver with two juveniles in the back seat. CHP's caller followed the subject after the subject almost ran her off the roadway after leaving Kmart, S. Main Street. General services rendered.


1:36 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. A vehicle is reported parked in the handicapped space at Burger King, Lakeport Boulevard. General services rendered.


4:24 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Officer Norm Taylor responded to 13th Street report of suspect with vehicle parking in the driveway, making repeated trips to pick up subjects. Area check requested. General services rendered.


5:06 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Norm Taylor initiated activity at 20th Street. Warning given.


5:20 p.m. – Civil complaint. Officer Norm Taylor responded to request for civil standby for child custody exchange in Safeway parking lot. Civil assist.


7:08 p.m. – Be on the lookout. An anonymous male reported an intoxicated man on Parallel Drive. General services rendered.


7:12 p.m. – Suspicious person. Sgt. Kevin Odom responded to anonymous report of some people behind the Dollar Tree, S. Main Street, with a blue full-sized van. The caller thinks they need to be checked out. Gone on arrival.


7:31 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Sgt. Kevin Odom and Officer Norm Taylor responded to call from caller at Bevins Court Apartments, Bevins Court, about a subject who was refusing to leave. Citizens assist.
