12:02 a.m. – Sgt. Dale Stoebe responds to public disturbance, party with possible underage drinking, 15 attendees on First Street. General services rendered.


12:27 a.m. – Sgt. Jason Ferguson conducts bar check at Full Throttle Tavern. Checks OK.


12:20 a.m. – Sgt. Dale Stoebe responds to report of problem with a subject at Grocery Outlet on S Main. Female in the deli area refusing to leave; currently with manager. General services rendered.


4:08 p.m. – Officer Jim Bell conducts traffic stop at Highway 29 and Lakeport Boulevard. Warning.


4:46 p.m. – Officer Norm Taylor responds to family disturbance on S. Main. Caller reports that her boyfriend is harassing her and trying to force her out of the house. Parties separated at this time. Civil assist.


5:29 p.m. – Officer Norm Taylor responded to suspicious vehicle at S. Brush and Armstrong. Parking citation.


7:43 p.m. – Officer Norm Taylor conducted traffic stop at 11th and Central Park Avenue. Warning.


9:22 p.m. – Officers Norm Taylor and Jarvis Leishman respond to report of problem with a subject at USA on S. Main. A customer is trying to purchase beer with a fake ID. Suspect was trying to get back where the caller was calling from, behind the counter, and caller told him he couldn't go back there. Report taken.


9:49 p.m. – Officers Norm Taylor and Jarvis Leishman conduct traffic stop at Magoon's North Custom Jewelry, N. Main. Parking citation.


10:18 p.m. – Officers Norm Taylor and Jarvis Leishman conduct traffic stop at S Forbes/Martin. Warning.


10:43 p.m. – Officers Norm Taylor and Jarvis Leishman respond to report of problem with a subject at USA on S. Main. Subject from earlier who tried to buy alcohol is back, not buying alcohol this time but caller feels uncomfortable, believes subject is possibly getting ready to shoplift. General services rendered.


11:59 p.m. – Officer Jarvis Leishman responds to report of annoying phone calls on N. High. Woman states that her estranged husband is continually texting her that he knows what she's doing. She thinks he's stalking her. Report taken.

12:18 a.m. – Sgt. Dale Stoebe conducted traffic stop at Shoreline Coffee Shop, S. Main. Checks OK.


1:33 a.m. – Sgt. Dale Stoebe conducted traffic stop at Highway 29 and Highland Springs. Checks OK.


4:20 a.m. – Citizen assist, request for assistance with a large bat that is in her living room. Officer Jarvis Leishman responded. General services rendered.


7:43 a.m. – Lake County animal control issue. Neighbor's dog tried to attack caller and her dog while out on a walk. Ongoing problem. K9 is currently still running around the neighborhood. Officer Jim Bell responded. Left a business card at this address, negative contact.


8:17 a.m. – Commercial burglary reported at Ceridono's Hair Co. on 11th Street. Officer Jim Bell took report.


9:31 a.m. – Officer Jim Bell responded to report of shoplifter at Grocery Outlet on S. Main. Report taken. Released on cite.


12:12 p.m. – Officer Jim Bell conducts welfare check. Anonymous female reported male associated with blue/gray PT Cruiser parked in a handicap space. Has been shaking uncontrollably for last 20 minutes. Seems unable to walk away from the car. Caller advised off-duty EMT is going to check on him as well. Incident location at Bruno's Foods. Checks OK.


12:12 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Jim Bell responded to caller's report that they were run off the road last week and they now have information on the responsible party. Incident location was S. Main/Kimberly. General services rendered.


12:55 p.m. – Offenses against family and children. Caller reports her son came home yesterday and has bruising that the child states was from his father striking him with a belt sometime in the last week. Incident location was on Lange. General services rendered.


4:56 p.m. – Sgt. Jason Ferguson conducts traffic stop at S. Main and Armstrong. Moving violation citation.


5:08 p.m. – Sgt. Jason Ferguson responds to report of juvenile problems. Two male juveniles sitting on the roof of the residence throwing things at people and cars passing. One juvenile lives at the residence on Jerry Drive and Hartley Road. Warning.


7:39 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle at 11th and North. Sgt. Jason Ferguson issues warning.


7:57 p.m. – Sgt. Jason Ferguson conducts traffic stop at KFC, Lakeport Boulevard. Warning.


10:02 p.m. – Sgt. Dale Stoebe responds to public disturbance near front main gate at the Lake County Fairgrounds. Two males were in a physical and it was broken up, now in a verbal. Gone on arrival.


10:41 p.m. – Anonymous male reported that he is a 1/4 mile away from the Lake County Fairgrounds, and his peace is being disturbed by the races going after 10 p.m. Caller just wants LPD to be aware. General services rendered. They went a little late and are packing up their cars.


10:55 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle at Westside Park. Sgt. Dale Stoebe issues warning.


11:16 p.m. – Sgt. Dale Stoebe conducts pedestrian check. Warning.


11:17 p.m. – Sgt. Jason Ferguson conducts traffic stop at Highway 29 and Lakeport Boulevard. Warning.


11:39 pm. – Suspicious vehicle at Taco Bell. Sgts. Dale Stoebe and Jason Ferguson, and Deputy Jacob Steely respond. Warning.


11:59 p.m. – Sgts. Dale Stoebe and Jason Ferguson conduct bar check at TJ's, S. Main. Checks OK.

8:33 a.m. – Officer Destry Henderson and Chief Kevin Burke respond to noninjury traffic collision on Parallel Drive. Single vehicle into pole. Report taken.


11:38 a.m. – Chief Kevin Burke responds to report of malicious mischief vandalism at Valero, S Main. Report taken.


2:22 p.m. – Chief Kevin Burke and Det. Lou Riccardi respond to family disturbance on Bevins Court. Caller said her boyfriend is getting “out of hand.” She wouldn't give anything further and hung up. A male could be heard talking in the background. Report taken.


2:34 p.m. – Report of a blue Chevy Blazer stolen on N. High and 13th, info through California Highway Patrol. Chief Kevin Burke and Det. Lou Riccardi respond. General services rendered.


5:07 p.m. – Chief Kevin Burke conducts traffic stop at N. Main and Ninth. General services rendered.


6:14 p.m. – Family disturbance reported on Linda Lane. Sgts. Dale Stoebe and Jason Ferguson respond. Unknown male just pulled up in a green Jeep and is yelling at his wife and baby, last house on Linda Lane. General services rendered.


6:36 p.m. - Shots reported fired on Riggs Road. Ongoing issues with neighbor shooting deer with a .22 caliber weapon. Sgt. Dale Stoebe, Deputy Jacob Steely and Deputy Walter White respond. Warning.


6:40 p.m. – Animal control issue. Report of a multi-colored medium size dog running around in the neighborhood chasing people and cars, ongoing issues. Dog is from Clear Lake Avneu/North and people refuse to lock it up. Sgt. Dale Stoebe responds. Animal is gone on arrival.


7:28 p.m. – Sgt. Dale Stoebe conducts traffic stop at D and S. Main at the Fairgrounds entrance. Warning.


7:55 p.m. – Sgt. Dale Stoebe conducts traffic stop at Helms Petroleum Products, S Main. Moving violation citation.


8:11 p.m. – Sgt. Dale Stoebe conducts traffic stop at Lakeport Boulevard and Larrecou Lane. Warning.


8:56 p.m. – Report of a black Mustang and orange Camaro speeding in the area for the last two hours. One vehicle headed towards Safeway and the other towards Martin. Ongoing issue. Caller fears they will run someone over. Incident location Compton and Second Street annex. General services rendered.


9:08 p.m. – Sgts. Dale Stoebe and Jason Ferguson conduct traffic stop at Armstrong and S. Starr. Warning.


9:36 p.m. – Sgt. Dale Stoebe responds to report of suspicious vehicle on Parallel Drive. Warning.


10:08 p.m. – Sgts. Dale Stoebe and Jason Ferguson respond to report of vandalism to a Cloverdale school bus. Silly string, hot chocolate and something else sprayed on the vehicle. Possible suspects are three to four male subjects in a small gray car, last seen heading speeding in the parking lot right now at Clear Lake High School. General services rendered.


10:48 p.m. – Sgts. Dale Stoebe and Jason Ferguson respond to noise disturbance at Full Throttle Tavern on S. Main. Subjects standing outside being loud and yelling. Warning.


11:38 p.m. – Sgts. Dale Stoebe and Jason Ferguson respond to report of a subject in a dark-colored Mustang continually spinning donuts in the court at Bryce Court/Spurr. Warning.

3:58 a.m. – Security check. Officers Richard Lamm and Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at N. Main and Seventh streets. Citizens assist.


4:04 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officers Richard Lamm and Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at N. High Street. Warning given.


5:26 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Highway 29 and Bottle Rock Road, Kelseyville. Warning given.


6:47 p.m. – Annoying phone calls. Officer Jim Bell and Deputy Cynthia Radoumis responded to report of harassing phone calls on S. Main Street. General services rendered.


8:55 a.m. – Welfare check. Officer Jim Bell responded to request to check caller's 32-year-old sister on Fifth Street. She is acting strange, talking about government conspiracies and how everyone is out to get her. General services rendered.


2:03 p.m. – Traffic stop. Sgt. Jason Ferguson initiated activity at 11th and N. Forbes streets. Warning given.


4:10 p.m. – Health and safety other violations. Officer Norm Taylor responded to UPS, Craig Avenue, regarding report of a package of marijuana received. Report taken.


6:13 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Officer Norm Taylor responded to the United Christian Parish, N. Brush Street. The caller's 14-year-old son was hit by a BB while out riding his bike near the church; is denying medical. Report taken.


8:00 p.m. – Followup. Officers Richard Lamm and Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at the Lakeport Police Department, N. Forbes Street. Report taken.


8:12 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Officers Richard Lamm and Jarvis Leishman responded to 11th Street. Caller's husband was under the influence and was breaking things in the house. He left in a blue and white Ford pickup. General services rendered.
