AND NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BY THE LAKE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing and consider the project described in this notice on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at 9:05 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the business of the Commission will allow in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA.
Lakebed Encroachment Permit; Initial Study IS17-29. Owner: Gary Clark. Project: In accordance with Clear Lake Shoreline Ordinance, to allow construction of a new pier, covered deck, steel ramp, and boat lift with 30 metal pilings. AND NOTICE OF PROPOSED COMPLEX GRADING PERMIT
BY THE LAKE COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving Complex Grading Permit 17-029 with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., October 11, 2017 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, October 18, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
