MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION
AND NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider a TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP (PM 18-02), DEVIATION (DV 18-01) and MAJOR USE PERMIT (UP 19-57) on Thursday, December 10, 2020, 9:05 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.

Due to the COVID-19 crisis, meetings of the Lake County Planning Commission will be available for participation virtually via Zoom and in the Board Chambers subject to social distancing requirements.

Applicant/ Owner: Tegtmeier Associates Inc.

Proposed Project: To subdivide one parcel into four parcels. The proposed parcels would be +/- 3.58 to +/- 8.23 acres in size.

Location: 52 Soda Bay Road, Lakeport, CA; APN: 008-001-25. Environmental Evaluation: Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS 18-68).

AND NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider a Parcel Map Extension (PMX 20-01) to an approved Parcel map (PM 18-01) on Thursday, November 12, 2020, 9:05 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.
