NOTICE OF INTENT TO CONSIDER ADOPTION
OF A NEGATIVE DECLARATION
AND NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider a Major Use Permit (UP 19-30) to place a 22-foot tall billboard on a 1.26+ property, and consideration of a Negative Declaration (IS 19-48) on Thursday, February 11, 2021, 9:05 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.

Applicant: Stott Outdoor Advertising.

Owner: Joseph Doyle.

Proposed Project: New 22’ tall billboard. Each face is 300 sq. ft. in area. Proposed setback is 7.5 feet from Highway 20-fronting property line.

Location: 2450 Stokes Road, Nice, CA; APN: 004-055-23.

Environmental Evaluation: Negative Declaration.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
BY THE LAKE COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATOR


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving Minor Use Permit (MUP 19-14) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., February 10, 2021, to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, February 17, 2021, at 3:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.

Applicant/Owner: Michael Blum.

Proposed Project: Commercial cannabis project consisting of three A-Type 1C ‘specialty cottage’ (outdoor) cultivation licenses consisting of 14,664 sq. ft. of cultivation area and 7,500 sq. ft. of plant canopy, and an A-Type 13 ‘Self Distribution’ license to allow legal transportation of cannabis to and from the site.
