NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Clearlake will conduct a PUBLIC HEARING on Thursday, March 4, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. in the Clearlake City Council Chambers, 14050 Olympic Drive, Clearlake, CA 95422, in order to discuss and approve an allocation of funding and an application for funding and the execution of a grant agreement and any amendments thereto from the State of California’s Community Development Block Grant CDBG-DR Infrastructure Program and/or CDBG-MITIGATION Resilient Infrastructure Program.
Balancing the health risks associated with COVID-19, while appreciating the public’s right to conduct the people’s business in a transparent and open manner, the City wants you to know that you can submit your comments and questions in writing for City Council consideration by sending them to the Administrative Services Director/City Clerk at
Meetings will also be viewable via Zoom. The Zoom link for this meeting will be published with the meeting agenda according to the Brown Act. Meeting agendas are viewable at www.clearlake.ca.us.
You can also visit our Town Hall site and submit written comments through our portal at https://www.opentownhall.com/portals/327/forum_home. To give the City Council adequate time to review your questions and comments, please submit your written comments prior to 4:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.

APPROVED CDBG-DR AND CDBG-MIT ACTIVITIES CONSIST OF: Restoration of infrastructure, housing, economic revitalization, planning, public services, and disaster preparedness. Eligible activities paid for with state CDBG funds for this program will provide unmet recovery needs related to the FEMA Major Disaster Declarations DR-4344 as a result of the 2017 disasters. The above activities are not expected to result in displacement of persons or businesses.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT AND DESIGN REVIEW
BY THE LAKE COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving Minor Use Permit (MUP 20-07) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., March 3, 2021, to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, March 10, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
