12:39 a.m. – Disturbance. Sergeants Jason Ferguson and Kevin Odom initiated activity at the Full Throttle Tavern, S. Main Street. Report taken.
2:29 a.m. – Disturbance. Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to the Anchorage Inn, N. Main Street. A woman is banging on the door because her husband won’t let her in. The subject is drunk. General services rendered.
10:59 a.m. – Juvenile problem. Sgt. Dale Stoebe and Det. Destry Henderson responded to Berry and Armstrong streets. Approximately six teenagers went up to the end of the road and the caller can now hear firecrackers. Warning given.
11:28 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Det. Destry Henderson initiated activity at Bevins Street and Bevins Court. Parking citation issued.
12:09 p.m. – Be on the lookout. A caller reported a reckless driver in a white Cadillac on Highway 175 has almost gone off the road twice and almost hit a couple cars head on. General services rendered.
2:42 p.m. – Civil assist. Det. Destry Henderson and Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to a request for a civil standby at a residence on N. High Street. The subjects, tenants currently moving out of the residence, are taking the residence apart, removing door knobs, etc. Civil assist.

9:51 a.m. – Penal code/other offenses. Det. Destry Henderson responded to a request from the caller for a police report at Regency Inn, N. Main Street. He reports he slipped on the dock yesterday and believes he broke his leg. Civil assist.
11:57 a.m. – Outside agency assist. Det. Destry Henderson responded to Umpqua Bank, 11th Street, regarding a white male who has been parked in the parking lot for the last few days. The subject has been looking toward the Reporter’s direction. Gone on arrival.
12:53 p.m. – Welfare check. Det. Destry Henderson responded to N. Main Street residence. The subject is unable to wake up. The caller is the old caretaker and the new caretaker will not wake the subject to give her seizure medications. General services rendered.
1:03 p.m. – Found property. Det. Destry Henderson responded to New Hope Fellowship Church, Peckham Court. Juveniles found a medical pouch with hypodermic needles inside and would like to turn it in. General services rendered.
1:47 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Det. Destry Henderson responded to Kmart, S. Main Street. A male cut in front of the caller and parked in the handicapped spot. Gone on arrival.
1:58 p.m. – Traffic stop. Det. Destry Henderson initiated activity at Suburban Propane, S. Main Street. Warning given.

1:57 a.m. – Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to request from UC San Francisco Police Department to contact a subject on Robles Drive to see if he is aware that his vehicle is on the UCSF campus. The vehicle appears to be abandoned and the dashboard has damage. The caller thinks it may be an unreported stolen vehicle. General services rendered.
