1:35 a.m. – Traffic collision. Deputy Elvis Cook and Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to report of vehicle colliding with a parked car in front of Mackey Tire Centers, S. Main Street. Report taken.


4:42 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to S. Main Street residence. The caller can hear people walking by; and other different sounds and would like a drive through only. Gone on arrival.


8:22 a.m. – Missing juvenile. A caller on Giselman Street reported a runaway son. Report taken.


9:07 a.m. – Deceased person. Det. Destry Henderson and Deputy Justin Newton responded to report from Lakeport Fire Department of a deceased person at the Fairgrounds Village Mobile Home Park, Martin Street. Report taken.


9:42 a.m. – Malicious mischief. The caller saw a car at the West Lake Auto Center, S. Main Street, which has been vandalized and has parts on the ground next to it. General services rendered.


10:34 a.m. – Be on the lookout. Det. Destry Henderson responded to report of 13-year-old male runaway from Giselman Street, currently en route to a park in Lakeport. General services rendered.


12:57 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Det. Destry Henderson responded to report that a vehicle was almost run off the road by the subject about 30 minutes ago at south Highway 29 and Lakeport Boulevard. The caller has called the California Highway Patrol and was referred to the Lake County Sheriff’s Office. General services rendered.


1:33 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Det. Destry Henderson initiated activity at Bevins Street and Bevins Court. Warning given regarding parking.


3:46 p.m. – Lost property. Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to Safeway, 11th Street. The caller left her purse in the Safeway shopping cart, then went into CVS Pharmacy. The purse is now gone. Report taken.


5:24 p.m. – Malicious mischief. Legacy School, Parallel Drive, reports that the fence along Highway 29 has been damaged in the recent vehicle accident. General services rendered.


5:32 p.m. – Followup. Sgt. Dale Stoebe initiated activity regarding the lost purse. General services rendered.


10:06 p.m. – Lakeport Police animal call. Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to Fourth Street residence. A dog was dumped and the caller cannot keep it as she has other canines. Animal call.

12:31 a.m. – Problem with a subject. Officer Jim Bell and Sergeants Dale Stoebe and Kevin Odom responded to the Clearlake Club, N. Main Street. A white male subject, approximately 30 years old, is yelling at the bartender and is refusing to leave. Arrest made.


12:50 a.m. – Problem with a subject. Sergeants Dale Stoebe and Kevin Odom responded to TJs Bar and Grill, S. Main Street. A subject is inside the bar, trying to start a fight with another customer. General services rendered.


1:07 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Jim Bell, Sgt. Dale Stoebe and Deputy Gary Frace initiated activity at south Highway 29 and 11th Street. Warning given.


2:09 a.m. – Pedestrian check. Officer Jim Bell and Sgt. Dale Stoebe initiated activity at Seventh and N. Brush streets. Arrest made.


5:25 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Officer Jim Bell responded to Safeway parking lot, 11th Street. The caller has a female in his truck who seems to be under the influence, and is saying she had a vehicle accident and her car went into the lake. General services rendered.


9:57 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Det. Destry Henderson and Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to caller requesting to speak with someone regarding an incident with his ex-wife’s car at the Bank of America, N. Main Street. Report taken.


12:26 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Sgt. Jason Ferguson, Det. Destry Henderson and Deputy Chris Rivera initiated activity at Fifth and Harry streets. A white Honda Accord is proceeding westbound on Sixth Street at 70 miles per hour. It hit a parked vehicle on Fifth and Harry streets. Report taken.


12:59 p.m. – Followup. Det. Destry Henderson initiated activity at Pool Street and Clear Lake Avenue. General services rendered.


1:08 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Det. Destry Henderson initiated activity at Kmart, S. Main Street, on the backside of the parking lot. Warning given.


3:02 p.m. – Problem with subject. Det. Destry Henderson and Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to Safeway, 11th Street, regarding a gang problem in the deli department. Gone on arrival.


3:15 p.m. – Problem with subject. Det. Destry Henderson initiated activity at Safeway, 11th Street, dealing with another situation while on scene. Warning given.


4:32 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to Taco Bell, Todd Road. A light blue vehicle was doing donuts in the dirt parking lot and shattered the caller's truck window. General services rendered.


4:50 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to the Clearlake Club, N. Main Street. The subject just went to the back steps of the business and threatened the caller’s bartender, then left on foot. Gone on arrival.


5:10 p.m. – Shoplifter. Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to Kmart, S. Main Street. A female is detained. Arrest made.


6:01 p.m. – Followup. Sgt. Dale Stoebe initiated activity at Kmart, S. Main Street. General services rendered.


8:57 p.m. – Disturbance. Officers Jim Bell and Jarvis Leishman responded to report of an extremely drunk male subject at the Lake County Fairgrounds, Martin Street. He is refusing to leave. Security is trying to get him into a vehicle without much success. Warning given.


9:07 p.m. – Traffic collision. Officer Jim Bell and Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to report of collision with injuries at Legacy School, Parallel Drive. Report taken.


9:07 p.m. – Followup. A vehicle is reported off the roadway at Legacy School, Parallel Drive. General services rendered.


9:19 p.m. – Alarm. Officers Jarvis Leishman and Jim Bell responded to Gossett Alarm’s report of an alarm in the rear storage of Campos Casuals, N. Main Street. Report taken.

8:14 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. The caller saw a man with a hat crawling through the space between Umpqua Bank, 11th Street, and the office next door. The caller believes he was stashing something. General services rendered.


9:01 a.m. – Be on the lookout. Det. Destry Henderson, Det. Lou Riccardi and Deputy William Djernes and Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to a report of a male subject driving a 1970s red El Camino, swerving and crossing over double yellow lines. The car just pulled into Mendo Mill. An arrest was made.


9:47 a.m. – Grand theft. Spechts Paint Shop, Peckham Court, reported that someone stole the doors of an old truck on the property within the last three to four days. The tires and wheels were stolen approximately six months ago. The truck is in lien. General services rendered.


11:04 a.m. – Pedestrian check. Det. Destry Henderson initiated activity at Mendo Lake Credit Union, 11th Street. Warning given.


11:17 a.m. – Traffic stop. Det. Destry Henderson initiated activity at Chase Bank, N. Main Street. Warning given.


1:40 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offense. Det. Destry Henderson initiated activity at Safeway, 11th Street. Moving violation citation issued.


4:11 p.m. – Followup. Sgt. Kevin Odom delivered a message on Lagoon Drive.


4:35 p.m. – Outside agency assist. Lakeport Fire Department requested assistance at Burger King, Lakeport Boulevard. Outside agency assist.


5:15 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Sgt. Kevin Odom responded to residence on Giselman. An unknown male and female are at the caller’s house. They killed her cat last night and have been taking her money. The caller sounded confused and dispatch could hear voices in the background. Report taken.


5:18 p.m. – Traffic stop. Sgt. Jason Ferguson initiated activity at Handy Auto Supply, S. Main Street. Moving violation citation issued.


6:29 p.m. – Followup. Sgt. Kevin Odom initiated activity at Full Throttle Tavern, S. Main Street. General services rendered.


7:23 p.m. – Malicious mischief. Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to Sanducci's Cottage, N. Main Street. Someone has keyed the Reporter’s truck. Report taken.


8:21 p.m. – Suspicious circumstance. Officer Jim Bell responded to Royale Avenue residence. The door was open, the house was dark and a car was parked in the driveway. The caller was unsure if anyone was home. General services rendered.


9:37 p.m. – Suspicious circumstance. Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to a residence on First Street. A white car full of female juveniles keeps driving by the caller’s house, trying to fight with the female juveniles in the house. Report taken.


9:52 p.m. – Juvenile problem. Sgt. Kevin Odom responded to Tower Mart, Lakeport Boulevard. Five male juveniles are sitting between Tower Mart and Kathy Fowler Auto, throwing things at cars as they drive by. Warning given.


10:11 p.m. – Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at WestAmerica Bank, S. Main Street. Warning given.


10:20 p.m. – Followup. Sgt. Kevin Odom initiated activity at Full Throttle Tavern, S. Main Street. General services rendered.


11:02 p.m. – Traffic stop. Sgt. Dale Stoebe and Officer Jim Bell initiated activity on 15th Street. Warning given.
