12:31 a.m. – Problem with a subject. Officer Jim Bell and Sergeants Dale Stoebe and Kevin Odom responded to the Clearlake Club, N. Main Street. A white male subject, approximately 30 years old, is yelling at the bartender and is refusing to leave. Arrest made.


12:50 a.m. – Problem with a subject. Sergeants Dale Stoebe and Kevin Odom responded to TJs Bar and Grill, S. Main Street. A subject is inside the bar, trying to start a fight with another customer. General services rendered.


1:07 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Jim Bell, Sgt. Dale Stoebe and Deputy Gary Frace initiated activity at south Highway 29 and 11th Street. Warning given.


2:09 a.m. – Pedestrian check. Officer Jim Bell and Sgt. Dale Stoebe initiated activity at Seventh and N. Brush streets. Arrest made.


5:25 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Officer Jim Bell responded to Safeway parking lot, 11th Street. The caller has a female in his truck who seems to be under the influence, and is saying she had a vehicle accident and her car went into the lake. General services rendered.


9:57 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Det. Destry Henderson and Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to caller requesting to speak with someone regarding an incident with his ex-wife’s car at the Bank of America, N. Main Street. Report taken.


12:26 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Sgt. Jason Ferguson, Det. Destry Henderson and Deputy Chris Rivera initiated activity at Fifth and Harry streets. A white Honda Accord is proceeding westbound on Sixth Street at 70 miles per hour. It hit a parked vehicle on Fifth and Harry streets. Report taken.


12:59 p.m. – Followup. Det. Destry Henderson initiated activity at Pool Street and Clear Lake Avenue. General services rendered.


1:08 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Det. Destry Henderson initiated activity at Kmart, S. Main Street, on the backside of the parking lot. Warning given.


3:02 p.m. – Problem with subject. Det. Destry Henderson and Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to Safeway, 11th Street, regarding a gang problem in the deli department. Gone on arrival.


3:15 p.m. – Problem with subject. Det. Destry Henderson initiated activity at Safeway, 11th Street, dealing with another situation while on scene. Warning given.


4:32 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to Taco Bell, Todd Road. A light blue vehicle was doing donuts in the dirt parking lot and shattered the caller's truck window. General services rendered.


4:50 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to the Clearlake Club, N. Main Street. The subject just went to the back steps of the business and threatened the caller’s bartender, then left on foot. Gone on arrival.


5:10 p.m. – Shoplifter. Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to Kmart, S. Main Street. A female is detained. Arrest made.


6:01 p.m. – Followup. Sgt. Dale Stoebe initiated activity at Kmart, S. Main Street. General services rendered.


8:57 p.m. – Disturbance. Officers Jim Bell and Jarvis Leishman responded to report of an extremely drunk male subject at the Lake County Fairgrounds, Martin Street. He is refusing to leave. Security is trying to get him into a vehicle without much success. Warning given.


9:07 p.m. – Traffic collision. Officer Jim Bell and Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to report of collision with injuries at Legacy School, Parallel Drive. Report taken.


9:07 p.m. – Followup. A vehicle is reported off the roadway at Legacy School, Parallel Drive. General services rendered.


9:19 p.m. – Alarm. Officers Jarvis Leishman and Jim Bell responded to Gossett Alarm’s report of an alarm in the rear storage of Campos Casuals, N. Main Street. Report taken.
