1:41 a.m. – Officer Jim Bell and Deputy Michael Williams verbally serve restraining order during traffic stop at S. Main and Oak Knoll Avenue.


1:47 p.m. – Sgt. Jason Ferguson, Officer Jim Bell and Deputy Michael Williams respond to large argument outside of TJ's on Main Street.


9:57 a.m. – Det. Destry Henderson issues warning during traffic stop at S. Forbes and Konocti Avenue.


11:19 a.m. – Det. Destry Henderson responds to report of a transient, a white male adult in his 60s, talking crazy, saying that he “killed a martian doctor cop.” Last seen behind the fence near the recycling center at Safeway on 11th Street. Gone on arrival.


11:35 a.m. – Forest Drive resident reports their 13-year-old son broke in and vandalized their home last night.


3:47 p.m. – Montana Vista resident reports getting calls on his cell phone threatening legal action for debts owed, but he doesn't owe a debt to them and believes someone fraudulently provided his cell phone number. Report taken.


6:31 p.m. – Welfare check requested on 66-year-old man who has had heart problems and recently was depressed over relationship issues. Checks OK.


6:49 p.m. – Anonymous male reporting that the intersection at Oak Knoll Avenue and Esplanade is starting to flood and he's concerned it's becoming a road hazard.

1 a.m. – Sgt. Kevin Odom and Officer Jim Bell responded to an anonymous report of three subjects trying to break into TNT on the Lake by pushing on all the doors. Checks OK.


8:39 a.m. – Officer Norm Taylor responded to three-vehicle noninjury traffic collision reported at Konocti Christian Academy on Martin.


9:59 a.m. – California Highway Patrol reported a drunk driver almost ran a subject off the road on 11th Street.


10:24 a.m. – Officer Norm Taylor responded to report on N. Main Street regarding a subject on the sidewalk waving her arms like she's directing traffic and staring into windows mimicking people. Last seen walking into the radio station and caller would like her check out. Gone on arrival.


11:54 a.m. – Officers respond to call regarding subject on N. High Street who called an ex out of state to report she was having trouble getting around and is paralyzed from the waist down. When contacted, the woman said she was waiting for a friend to take her to the doctor, denied medics or an ambulance.


12:44 p.m. – Officer Norm Taylor and Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to report of drunk male who was stumbling in the roadway at N. High and Via Del Lago. Referred to another agency.


1:44 p.m. – Officer Norm Taylor and Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to woman on First reports her neighbor is banging on her door and yelling at her. Checks OK.


2:39 p.m. – Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to caller from psychotherapy office on N. Main who reports an elderly female acting strangely. The woman had underclothes and other belongings hung over the railing and was talking loudly. Warning issued.


3:11 p.m. – Sgt. Jason Ferguson and Det. Lou Riccardi conducted welfare check on subject who is feeling depressed and wants to talk to someone as they can't get ahold of Mental Health. Incident is at Costless Discount on S. Main. Report taken.


7:12 p.m. – Sgt. Jason Ferguson issued moving violation citation at N. High and Clearlake.

12:16 a.m. – Sgt. Dale Stoebe conducts traffic stop at Lakeshore Boulevard and Sayre. Warning issued.


6:47 a.m. – Det. Destry Henderson clears road hazard at N. Main and Rose Avenue.


7:54 a.m. – Det. Destry Henderson and Deputy William Djernes conduct traffic stop at N. Main and Seventh. Warning issued.


8 a.m. – Det. Destry Henderson and Deputy William Djernes conduct traffic stop at Renee's Cafe on N. Main Street. Warning issued.


9:08 a.m. – Det. Destry Henderson initiates activity at Craig Avenue and Parallel Drive. Warning issued.


10:27 a.m. – Det. Destry Henderson responds to noninjury traffic collision at S. Main Street.


11:14 a.m. – Det. Destry Henderson conducts traffic stop in 100 block of Lakeshore Boulevard. Warning issued.


1:14 p.m. – Anonymous female reports there is an estate sale on Bevins at Bevins Court and people are parking in the roadway. Sgt. Jason Ferguson issues citation.


2:04 p.m. – Lupoyoma Avenue resident reports a suspicious vehicle, described as a blue Toyota Tercel, has been parked in front of her house for the last three days. Det. Destry Henderson issues parking citation.


3:01 p.m. – Det. Destry Henderson and Sgt. Jason Ferguson initiate activity at N. Brush and Clear Lake Avenue. Moving violation citation issued.


3:26 p.m. – Det. Destry Henderson issues parking citation at Bruno's Foods, Lakeport Boulevard.


3:40 p.m. – Two white male adults are reportedly smoking marijuana in between a S. Tunis resident's home and their home. Caller has a daycare center and parents are complaining. Caller would like to talk to an officer.


4:30 p.m. – Det. Destry Henderson issues warning to pedestrians at CVS Pharmacy on 11th Street.


6:29 p.m. – Caller on Forest Drive just saw a younger male going into a window. House is vacant and no one should be there. Report taken.


11:55 p.m. – Lakeside Lanes on Lakeport Boulevard reports juveniles are hanging around in the parking lot after they've been asked to leave.
