8:53 a.m. – Officer Norm Taylor responds to call from city of Lakeport, which reports graffiti at Library Park.


2:27 p.m. – Officer Norm Taylor and Deputies Sarah Hardisty and Joe Dutra respond to Piedmont Lumber on S. Main Street on a report of four to five subjects on a Lake Transit bus who are in an argument. Warning issued.


3 p.m. – Officers Norm Taylor and Bob Jordan respond to Safeway on 11th Street on a report of a male and a female in a verbal. Gone on arrival.


4:02 p.m. – Sgt. Kevin Odom arrests shoplifter at Grocery Outlet on S. Main Street.

9:25 a.m. – Woman reports a subject has violated a restraining order by approaching her after court at the courthouse on N. Forbes Street and asking her to be friends. Report taken.


9:47 a.m. – Officer Norm Taylor, Deputy Sarah Hardisty and Sheriff Frank Rivero respond to Lake County Mental Health Services on Parallel Drive where a subject was there to see a mental health worker and left very upset. The subject is now outside pounding on windows and doors. Report taken.


6:40 p.m. – Sgt. Kevin Odom responds to caller from First Street reports a canine on her porch that appears abandoned and soaking wet. Animal control call.


10:18 p.m. – Officer Jim Bell and Sgt. Kevin Odom respond to report from anonymous male of an argument between a male and female in downstairs are of apartment on S. Forbes.


11:45 p.m. – Deputies Gary Grace, Joseph Dutra, Chris Chwialkowski and Sgt. Kevin Odom responded to S. Main Street. Arrest made.

12:13 a.m. – Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to report of juvenile problems on Lupoyoma Circle. Caller said her boyfriend's 16-year-old daughter is believed to be inside the residence but no one will answer the door.


1:23 a.m. – Officers Jarvis Leishman and Jim Bell, and Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to TJ's on S. Main where a large fight is taking place in front of the bar. Checks OK.


10:26 a.m. – Det. Destry Henderson issued warning during traffic stop on Lakeport Boulevard and S. Main.


11:57 a.m. – Det. Destry Henderson responded to a report from a caller who says that a subject is trying to assault them at a residence at N. Forbes.


4:40 p.m. – Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to a report of a possible drunk female lying in the street on S. Forbes and Martin. Subject is now walking down Martin towards the fairgrounds. Woman is not drinking, just having a bad day.


7:04 p.m. – Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to a call from a woman who reports her husband is out of control and off his medication. He is making threats to kill her and is currently breaking items throughout the house.


10:09 p.m. – Officer Jarvis Leishman and Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to report from an anonymous male requesting a check of Konocti Avenue and S. Forbes area. Heard what sounds like a 12-gauge shotgun going off every so often all night long. It has been happening the last three nights.

2:38 a.m. – Officer Jim Bell, Sgt. Dale Stoebe and Sgt. Kevin Odom responded to Express Mart on S. Main Street where seven subjects were reported physically fighting.


1:47 a.m. – Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to report of a drunk driver in the area of Clear Lake High School on Lakeshore Boulevard. Gone on arrival.


2:05 a.m. – Deputies Gary Frace and Rich Ward, and Sgt. Kevin Odom responded to six or more subjects in a physical fight in front of Konocti Vista Casino on Mission Rancheria Road. Arrest made.


9:14 a.m. – Det. Destry Henderson responded to report of a burglary to a garage on Mellor Drive. Report taken.


4:04 p.m. – Sgt. Dale Stoebe, Det. Destry Henderson and Deputy Chris Chwialkowski responded to Bevins Court where the caller reported that her boyfriend assaulted her by dragging her down the hall and pushing her. Report taken.


10:43 p.m. – Officers Jim Bell and Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at Fifth Street boat ramp. Warning issued.
