7:47 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officers Joe Eastham and Norm Taylor initiated activity at N. Main and Third streets. Warning given.


7:58 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at Giselman and 20th streets. Warning given.


8:04 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at S. Main Street and Oak Knoll Avenue. Warning given.


8:10 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officers Joe Eastham and Norm Taylor initiated activity at Lakeshore Boulevard and Lange Street. Moving violation citation issued.


9:23 a.m. – Malicious mischief. Officers Joe Eastham and Norm Taylor responded to residence on Esplanade Street regarding lawn damage by a vehicle. Report taken.


11:25 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officers Joe Eastham and Norm Taylor initiated activity at 11th and North streets. Warning given.


1:54 p.m. – Welfare check. Officers Joe Eastham and Norm Taylor responded to McDonald’s, Todd Road. A male was reported to be asleep in the front seat of a dark blue Honda, with two small children in the back seat. Arrest made.


3:23 p.m. – Lake County animal call. A small dog has its leg caught in a lawnmower on 13th Street. The machine is not running. General services rendered.


3:37 p.m. – Outside agency assist. Officers Joe Eastham and Norm Taylor initiated activity at Parallel Drive. Report taken.


5:36 p.m. – Petty theft. Sgt. Kevin Odom responded to Lakeport Lagoons, S. Main Street, report of theft of items. Report taken


5:56 p.m. – Penal code/other offenses. Sgt. Jason Ferguson initiated activity at Fifth Street. Gone on arrival.


6:07 p.m. – Traffic stop. Sgt. Jason Ferguson initiated activity at S. Main Street and Grace Lane. Warning given.


6:41 p.m. – Service. Sgt. Kevin Odom initiated activity at Bevins Court Apartments, Bevins Court. Message delivered.


7:11 p.m. – Welfare check. Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to a request for a welfare check on an 11-year-old girl on Lupoyoma Circle. The juvenile lives with her mother and boyfriend and the caller has not been able to reach her since January. Gone on arrival.


7:36 p.m. – Followup. Sgt. Kevin Odom initiated activity at 13th Street. Report taken.


9:55 p.m. – Shoplifter. Kmart, S. Main Street, reports two subjects in custody. Report taken

1:08 a.m. – Disturbance. Sergeants Dale Stoebe and Kevin Odom and Deputy Glenn Capurro responded to residence on South Polk Street. The caller's ex-boyfriend has been stalking her, is at her house and is throwing things around. Gone on arrival.


3:08 a.m. – Assault. Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to Sutter Lakeside Hospital, Hill Road. The caller in the emergency room claims he was assaulted three hours ago at the Full Throttle Tavern, S. Main Street. Report taken.


7:53 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at N. Forbes and Clearlake Avenue. General services rendered.


2:51 p.m. – Pedestrian check. Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at Express Mart, S. Main Street. General services rendered.


3:49 p.m. – Auto theft. A caller from Giselman Street reports her 19-year-old son took her blue Honda Civic hybrid without permission. Civil assist.


5:19 p.m. – Civil assist. Sgt. Kevin Odom responded to a request for contact regarding civil issues over a vehicle title. Civil assist rendered.


9:18 p.m. – Noise disturbance. Det. Destry Henderson responded to report of a dog barking non-stop for the past two hours at a residence on Oak Knoll Avenue. The caller believes the residents are home. General services rendered.


10:28 p.m. – Public drunkenness. Sgt. Kevin Odom and Det. Destry Henderson responded to Martin Street residence. The caller hears knocking at the front door and thinks several drunk males are on her front porch, but doesn’t see them. General services rendered.
