At 1118 hrs 458 was dispatched to contact an RP who had received a mass text message forwarding a picture of a missing 17 month old girl. The RP believed that he saw a child matching that description walking with an adult female and went into an address on Santa Clara. 458 contacted the RP via 10-21 and checked the residence, closing the detail UN, OK at 1146 hrs.
