12:33 a.m. – Report taken for traffic stop at Royale Avenue and Pike Drive.


2:05 a.m. – Warning issued for noise disturbance following a verbal dispute on Floyd Way in Nice.


11:48 a.m. – Subject reports ongoing harassment from a subject with the problem continuing earlier in the day in the 1400 block of Todd Road. Report taken.


1:56 p.m. – Four adults and several juveniles reported smoking marijuana with what looks like a bong in Library Park. Checks OK.


8:03 p.m. – Physical fight reported on Lakeshore Boulevard in Nice.

1:58 a.m. – Caller reports hearing six males and females in a physical fight in the 300 block of N. Main. She then says she only hears yelling.


9:33 a.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop at N. Main and Sixth.


2:45 p.m. – Moving violation citation issued during traffic stop in the 1000 block of N. Main.


2:59 p.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop at First and N. Main.


5:45 p.m. – Business in the 2000 block of S. Main reports a female subject is in custody for embezzlement. Arrest made.


9:58 p.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop at Lange and Lakeshore Boulevard.


11:25 p.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop at Highway 29 and Lakeshore Boulevard.


11:43 p.m. – Report taken for simple battery at business in the 900 block of S. Main.

5:51 a.m. – Sutter Lakeside Hospital reports a subject is in the emergency room who was assaulted the night before behind a business in the 1000 block of S. Main. Report taken.


10:31 a.m. – Report taken for a student at Clear Lake High School who reports receiving harassing phone calls that are making her feel threatened.


3:36 p.m. – Two vehicles blocking the roadway due to a noninjury traffic collision at 11th and N. Forbes.


6:11 p.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop at Hartley and 16th.


6:40 p.m. – Report taken for shoplifters at business on 11th Street. Responsibles are reported to be 10- or 11-year-old juveniles.


10:53 p.m. – Three males and one female reported smoking marijuana and shooting a pellet gun in a wooded area on 20th Street. Gone on arrival.
