12:34 a.m. – Report taken during traffic stop at Hartley and Boggs.


10:38 a.m. – Business on Lakeshore reports an assault on one of its clerks by someone who is pumping gas. Warning issued.


11:09 a.m. – Arrest made during traffic stop at Lakeport Library, 1425 N. High St.


11:32 p.m. – Suspicious person reported at mobile home park on S. Main. White male adult going in and out of front yards and in between mobiles. Area check requested. Gone on arrival.


12:18 p.m. – Warning issued during warrant service on Royale Avenue.


2:14 p.m. – Arrest made during warrant service on N. Brush.


3:24 p.m. – Report taken for counterfeit money orders at bank in the 500 block of N. Main.


5:24 p.m. – Caller from N. High reports someone has broken into a vacant house on her street. Report taken.


5:45 p.m. – Report taken for auto burglary on Royale Avenue. Purse stolen from an unlocked trunk.


9:34 p.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop at S. Main and Lakeport Boulevard.


10:42 p.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop on the Nice-Lucerne Cutoff.


10:47 p.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop on Lakeshore Boulevard and Green.

1:11 a.m. – Caller reports her husband's cousin was inside her residence on Konocti Avenue when she got home and was refusing to open the door. She is now inside and states they are in an argument due to him denying anything happened earlier tonight.


3:35 a.m. – Report taken for traffic stop at Highway 29 and Park Way.


7:37 a.m. – Truck broken into during the night on First. Report taken.


12:28 p.m. – Report taken for pedestrian check in the 100 block of S. Main.


3:15 p.m. – Vehicle reported to have burned during the night on Esplanade. Report taken.


3:40 p.m. – Caller from Lily Cove Avenue reports a suspect has been at Library Park all day following kids around. Suspect was described as a white male adult, 5 feet, 6 inches tall and 160 pounds, brown hair, wearing a gray sweatshirt and blue uniform shirt with blue uniform pants and black shoes. Checks OK.


4:33 p.m. – Caller reports his stepdaughter is receiving annoying phone calls.


5:28 p.m. – Family disturbance reported on Fourth and Main. A Hispanic male adult was seen yelling at a Hispanic female pushing a stroller. Report taken.


6:03 p.m. – Ongoing problem with two males on a go kart on Konocti Avenue. Moving violation citation.


8:37 p.m. – Caller from First reports a subject was hiding in the bushes near their driveway. Gone on arrival.


9 p.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop at S. Forbes and Armstrong.


10:26 p.m. – Short, bald-headed man carrying what could possibly be a pistol spotted on High Street at the Lake County Library. Gone on arrival.

1:42 a.m. – Caller from East Lake Drive in Kelseyville reports a random person showed up at their party and shot another person in the head. Outside agency assist.


10:55 a.m. – Cat reported in a trap next to a sailboat on Lupoyoma Circle.


3:24 p.m. – Business in the 100 block of S. Main reports five Indian male adults are walking southbound down Main Street, yelling and cussing at people.


5:14 p.m. – Business in the 300 block of S. Main reported three Hispanic male adults are causing problems with an employee.


6:18 p.m. – Hartley resident reports someone stole his garbage can since the previous day.


6:42 p.m. – Male subject reported to be drunk and passed out in front of business in the 800 block of 11th. Report taken.


7:21 p.m. – Four Hispanic male juveniles and adults are hanging around a property on Howard. They appear to be squatting and hiding.


7:59 p.m. – Caller from Hartley reports her husband just left their residence, he's very drunk and driving a silver Mazda Miata.


8:32 p.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop on Central Park Avenue.


9:31 p.m. – Report taken for a family disturbance on Parallel Drive. Caller reports her neighbors and her boyfriend are fighting inside the residence. It sounds physical; female is pregnant and there are two small children in the residence.


10:38 p.m. – Konocti Avenue resident reports the neighbors were making a lot of noise. The caller went to tell them to be quiet and they would not come to the door. Caller can hear a female voice inside saying, “Let go of him” and believes that children are being hurt inside the residence. General services rendered.

12:06 a.m. – Subject with head injury reported in front of the Lakeport Fire Protection District station at 445 N. Main.


2:23 a.m. – Martin Street resident reports hearing a prowler outside their home.


8:26 a.m. – Business in the 900 block of Parallel Drive reports a customer left without paying.


9:04 a.m. – Purse reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the previous hour at location on Hartley. Report taken.


7:12 p.m. – Caller reports that he believes a male subject is taking advantage of his 92-year-old mother-in-law by taking a check from her and getting her to sign a contract but refusing to give his last name. The man is claiming to be a Kirby salesman. Report taken.
