12:18 a.m. – Simple battery reported on N. Main at the Buckhorn Club. Caller reports being assaulted a couple hours ago. Responsible same as the last time she was assaulted a few weeks ago.
1 a.m. – Bar check at Clear Lake Club bar on N. Main. Unable to get out on the radio. Checks OK.
4:24 a.m. – Pedestrian check at Skylark Motel on N. Main. Citizens assist.
4:43 a.m. – Traffic stop at Round Table Pizza on 11th. Checks OK.
6:26 a.m. – Music disturbance reported on S. Main at USA. Ongoing problem with employee playing loud music. Caller wants to sign a complaint. Warning.
7:28 a.m. – Shots fired. Area check only, heard three shots, possibly from a shotgun towards the area of the Fairgrounds. Checks OK.
11:27 a.m. – Officer initiated activity at TNT On The Lake. Out with a subject advising someone put propane tank under his car. General services rendered.
3:26 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle at Bruno’s Foods. Parking citation.
3:36 p.m. – Tree down in the roadway blocking Beach. Reporter states no damage and no lines down. Incident location was Central Park Avenue and Beach Lane. General services rendered.
7:59 p.m. – Traffic stop at South Highway 29/Live Oak. Warning.

2:27 a.m. – Public disturbance at Konocti Vista Casino. Reported 15 people in physical in parking lot, negative weapons. Three security units on scene. Referred to another agency.
3:21 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances reported on Park Way. Incomplete transfer from CHP. Female called saying when she woke up there was an unknown male in her residence. General services rendered.
8:52 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle at Scotts Valley Road/Mountainview Road. Referred to another agency.
9:05 a.m. – Missing person adult reported. Caller advising he saw missing couple from Fremont on Tuesday at 11:30 a.m. by Chase Bank on N. Main Street.
9:49 a.m. – Traffic stop at Highway 29/Finley East Road. Reported taken.
12:18 p.m. – Simple assault reported on Lakeshore Boulevard/Giselman. Denies medical. Report taken.
12:21 p.m. – Threats reported via phone and computer on Armstrong. Report taken.
2:09 p.m. – Commercial burglary reported at Sunshine Manor on Giselman. Meet with manager. Report taken.
3:17 p.m. – Commercial burglary reported at Forbes Apartment on S Forbes. Burglary to office. Report taken.
3:47 p.m. –Follow up at Forbes Apartments on S. Forbes. Report taken. Old case.
5:01 p.m. – Problem with a subject at Beacon Station on S Main. Employee reporting subject or subjects sitting in their vehicle with a sign asking for money for gas. General services rendered. They have moved on.
5:58 – Lost property. Caller reports lost wallet in the Dollar Tree Plaza this date between 1:3 p.m. and 5 p.m. Incident location was S. Main, Grocery Outlet. Report taken.
6:05 p.m. – Outside agency assist. San Jose Police Department is out with a vehicle that is registered to him, need to know if he knows the status of the vehicle. Three subjects in the vehicle on Armstrong. Gone on arrival.
