1:31 a.m. – Traffic stop at Mallard House Motel. Warning.
2:45 a.m. – Subject went to Lakeport Police, said that a subject is at his house threatening to cut his head off and those of his family, who is still at the house. Reporter left the house while responsible was still there as well as his family. Reporter is returning and would like a deputy to meet him there. Checks OK.
2:50 a.m. – Residential burglary reported. Thinks someone is in the house, heard the dogs barking and reporter can hear things being knocked over in the living room. General services rendered.
4:24 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances; caller reports finding the front door a bit ajar and a juice can on the stairs inside the building, feels it is a suspect and would like an officer to meet with her in the parking lot at Umpqua Bank. Checks OK.
12:21 p.m. – Malicious mischief vandalism reported on Esplanade, someone tampered with her propane tank. General services rendered.
12:31 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle at Bruno’s Foods. Parking citation.
12:39 p.m. – Extra patrol on Esplanade, due to recent vandalism to propane tank. General services rendered.
2:21 p.m. – Missing person adult reported at the Department of Motor Vehicles on Parallel Drive, associated with a white Chevy parking in a handicapped spot. Her client has a history of paranoid schizophrenia and got angry and walked away. Last seen walking towards the Tower Mart. General services rendered.
2:59 p.m. – Shoplifter reported at K-Mart. Subject in custody. Report taken.
3 p.m. – Missing person adult. Caller’s husband disappeared while shopping with the caller at Grocery Outlet at 1 p.m. Responsible just left the hospital and is in a manic state, confused and delusional history of violence with hospital staff, negative has been drinking or weapons. Report taken. Close out, husband returned.
3:05 p.m. – Threats reported to employee at Child Protective Services on N. Forbes. Report taken.
3:54 p.m. – Found Razor scooter; general services rendered.
3:55 p.m. – Traffic stop at Chippewa Trail, Kelseyville. General services rendered.
4:49 p.m. – Traffic stop at Lakeport Boulevard/Bevins. Moving violation citation.
5:17 p.m. – Suspicious person. Passerby reported male waling through the parking lot between Safeway and CVS looking in to cars. Gone on arrival.
6 p.m. – Caller reported someone hacked into her MySpace account and changed her page and is making threats. General services rendered.
8:19 p.m. – Stray dog found in woman's yard, the dog has tags but no one answers the phone number. Lakeport Police animal call.

12:57 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle at Fifth/Park. Warning.
1:16 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle at Lake County Fairgrounds. Occupied. Checks OK.
1:32 a.m. – Traffic stop at D/S. Main. Report taken. Released on cite.
1:53 a.m. – Public disturbance at Clear Lake Club Bar. Loud group in front of the club. General services rendered.
1:58 a.m. – Pedestrian check at USA, S. Main. With one. Warning.
4:47 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle at Carlton Tire. Checks OK.
12:27 p.m. – Vandalism to caller’s heater. Responsible has left on a bike. The caller disconnected the line, advising no response was needed. Central request welfare check on the caller, who is OK. Doesn't want anything done.
1:45 p.m. – Theft over $400. Camera stolen from unlocked vehicle. Report taken.
4:31 p.m. – Fraud. Someone used reporters Blockbuster card. Report taken.
6:10 p.m. – Juvenile problems. Subject was driving by the first address and a juvenile was shining a laser light in his eyes as he drove by. Incident location was Mellor Drive. Arrest made.
8:39 – Public disturbance. A father is reported to be assaulting his 14-year-old daughter. Caller can hear the girl screaming and saying “get off of me,” unknown if others are in the home. Incident location was N. Lakeview. Checks OK.

12:49 a.m. – Problem with a subject. DUI driver: extremely drunk, female leaving in a green Pulsar. Incident location was Clear Lake Club Bar. Warning.
1:01 a.m. – Traffic stop at Bruno’s Foods. Checks OK.
1:58 a.m. – Security check at Clear Lake Club. Requesting officers drive by, the business is closed and there is a group of rowdy guys out front. Gone on arrival.
7:52 a.m. – Extra patrol requested in the area. Caller believes she surprised a burglar last night that was going through her vehicle between 10 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Nothing was taken and no damage to the vehicle, reporter just requested extra patrol and for Lakeport Police to be aware. General services rendered.
12:40 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Anonymous male reported possible drunk driver is swerving, braking hard. Incident location was S. Main/Armstrong. Gone on arrival.
12:58 p.m. – Traffic stop at Lakeside Lanes. Warning.
1:04 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle at Bruno’s Foods. Warning.
1:31 p.m. – Trespassing reported on 11th, neighbor was on reporter’s property cutting trees, last seen walking towards his residence, to the right of the reporter pushing a wheel barrow. Reporter states ongoing problem. Warning.
4:08 p.m. – Public intoxication reported; male sitting in the far back corner of the parking lot near Third Street. Gone on arrival.
5:31 p.m. – Traffic stop at N Forbes/Fifth. Moving violation citation.
6:01 p.m. – Traffic stop at C/S. Main. Warning.
6:28 p.m. – Traffic stop at 11th/Central. Warning.
7:51 p.m. – Found dog on N. Forbes. Lakeport Police animal call.
8:33 p.m. – Penal code/other offenses. Subject has been drinking, sitting in a red Toyota in front of Main Street Pizza, calling 911, states her husband won’t come get her. Hard of hearing. Checks OK.
10:24 p.m. – Anonymous female reported three male juveniles possibly young adults, walking in the area drinking and being loud on S. Main, Handy Auto Supply. Gone on arrival.

8:20 a.m. – Residential burglary to a garage on Lange. General services rendered.
9:02 a.m. – Problem with a subject reported on Lange at Clear Lake High School. Contact the office regarding speeding vehicles in the parking lot. Warning issued.
10:05 a.m. – Damage to personal property on Howard Avenue. Caller reported Lake County Waste Solutions truck did damage to their yard yesterday. General services rendered.
10:41 a.m. – Malicious mischief vandalism to one of the rooms and the yard reported at Skylark Shores Resort on N. Main. Report taken.
