11:23 a.m. – Caller reports her sister is in front of her residence on Oak Knoll making threats.
1:06 p.m. – Female being assaulted in the roadway at Soda Bay Road and Mission Rancheria Road. Report taken.
1:10 p.m. – Female subject in the parking lot at Hospice Thrift Store on s. Main, causing problems, yelling at employees and refusing to leave.
3:12 p.m. – Subject reported to be under the influence of methamphetamine has taken off in a vehicle, has a small child with her. Last seen on N. Main and Oak Knoll.
5:31 p.m. – Juvenile riding skateboards behind the Soper Reese Community Theatre on S. Main. Gone on arrival.
7:27 p.m. – Kmart employee reports that a disgruntled customer followed them home from the store the previous day.
9:14 p.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop at 10th and N. High.
11:20 p.m. – Moving violation citation issued at S. Main and Lakeport Boulevard.

1:10 a.m. – Suspicious person reported at High Street Café. Male outside taking pictures of the grounds. Appears drunk. General services rendered.
7:44 a.m. – Theft up to $400 reported on S. Main; theft of items from unlocked vehicle. Report taken.
11:59 a.m. – Shoplifter in custody at Kmart. Warning.
1:57 a.m. – Civil complaint on Armstrong. Someone borrowed a trailer and has not returned it. Civil assist.
3:26 p.m. – Traffic stop at Bruno’s Foods. Moving violation citation.
6:17 p.m. – Rape reported, occurred six months ago on Martin. Report taken.
7:44 – Traffic stop at Grocery Outlet. Warning.
8:53 – Theft up to $400 reported. Items taken from unlocked vehicle. Occurred today between 5 a.m. and 1 p.m. Neighbor in unit also reporting same and will wait with caller. Report taken.
9:31 p.m. – Tower Mart on Lakeshore. Employee reporting customer is refusing to leave premises. Ongoing issue. Responsible is currently yelling at coworker inside the store. Has mental health issues. Report taken.
10:49 p.m. – Public intoxication reported at Tower Mart on Lakeshore Boulevard. Passerby reporting drunk male standing on the Alterra side of the building harassing employees and customers. Warning.

12:26 a.m. – Traffic stop at N. Main/Clearlake. Warning.
2:25 a.m. – Family disturbance reported on Hammer Lane. Secondhand info that caller's sister was being abused by her boyfriend. Earlier the responsible held a knife to the sister and is drunk. All parties still onscene. General services rendered. Not as reported.
8:09 a.m. – Traffic accident noninjury reported on S. Main, Kmart. Caller was in an accident on Feb. 5, she did not get information from responsible but knows who the person is. Report taken.
9:29 a.m. – Security check at Central Garage on S. Main. Checks OK.
10:39 a.m. – Pedestrian check at Armstrong/S. Main. Arrest made.
1:39 p.m. – Auto burglary reported on Armstrong to two different vehicles. Report taken.
1:58 p.m. – Public disturbance reported on Forest Drive. Pit bull attacking a dog. Referred to another agency. Animal control on scene.
2:03 p.m. – Auto burglary reported on Second. Reports her vehicle was broken into last night. Report taken.
4:47 p.m. – Public intoxication reported on Parallel Drive. Wife is drunk and knocking things over in house and yelling in her bedroom. Arrest made.
5:12 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Subject has mental problems and is in her apartment throwing things around and making lots of noise. Caller would like LPD to come in on Smith Road so that responsible does not see them coming in. Incident location was on Bevins at Lakeview Senior Apartments. Report taken.
5:28 p.m. – Ex-boyfriend is threatening caller via text message. General services rendered.
6:12 p.m. – Traffic stop at S. Main/Peckham Court. Warning.
10:25 p.m. – Welfare check requested on her brother, who is drunk and yelling at his girlfriend and daughter. Reporter requests call back with outcome. Incident location on Palm Drive. Arrest made.
