2:57 a.m .– Anonymous female reported a loud party at Palm Drive/16th. Checks OK.


8:36 a.m. – Suspicious circumstance reported. Request to speak to officer regarding the thefts that has been occurring in the park. General services rendered.


9:17 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle behind Taco Bell on Todd Road. Report taken.


9:42 a.m. – Offenses against family and children reported on 20th Street. The daycare lady at first location assaulting a child approximately 15 minutes ago. Caller confronted her and the responsible got hostile and cursed at the caller. Per the report, responsible and children are in the yard and children were crying. Report taken.


1:24 p.m. – Welfare check requested on S. Main, TJ’s. Male in the parking lot looking like he kept struggling to get up. Unknown if he has been drinking or has a medical problem. Report taken.


4:46 p.m. – Be on the lookout requested by California Highway Patrol. Female driver threw a lit cigarette out of the window at the 11th Street exit and was last seen pulling into the parking lot at , CVS Pharmacy. Gone on arrival.


5:08 p.m. – Juvenile problems reported. Caller's 14-year-old daughter is causing problems kicking an screaming, they are trying to detain her as requested by probation. General services rendered.


7:44 p.m. – Traffic stop at Highway 29/Todd. Northbound Highway 29 just south of Todd Road. Moving violation citation.

12:21 a.m. – Shoplifter reported at Grocery Outlet. Male that shoplifted last week is currently entering cash register area. Were told to call when he returned. Caller would like police to wait at the North loading dock. Report taken.


1:01 p.m. – LPD Animal Control Issue. Anonymous female reported subject selling two-week-old puppies in front of Kmart. Checks OK.


2:05 p.m. – Residential burglary reported. Items taken from safe, unknown time frame. Report taken.


3:38 p.m. – Traffic stop at N. Main/Sixth. Warning.


5:02 p.m. – Health and safety other violations. Anonymous caller wants to talk to an officer about drug dealing. Incident location was S. Main. General services rendered.


5:29 p.m. – Be on the lookout – reckless driver almost caused accident then tailgated. Responsible vehicle is a 1998 or 1999 white Chrysler four-door last seen turning north on Forbes from Third two minutes ago. Incident location was S. Main/Oak Knoll Avenue. General services rendered.


6:04 p.m. – Pedestrian check at Eighth/N. Brush. Warning.


8:32 p.m. – Theft up to $400. Subject reports theft from a vehicle, unknown responsible. Incident location was Beach Lane/Rainbow Road. Report taken.

8:41 a.m. – Warrant services at Forbes Apartments on S. Forbes. Gone on arrival.


10:45 a.m. – Extra patrol requested at Bruno’s Foods. Juveniles have been building skateboard ramps on the side of Bruno’s (next to strip mall and Lakeport Boulevard). Caller will be taking down ramps, but would like extra patrol to advise juveniles to stop. General services rendered.


11:59 a.m. – Outside agency assist at 14th/N. High. General services rendered.


1:19 p.m. – Traffic stop at N. Main. Warning.


1:54 p.m. – Outside agency assist on Todd Road. Welfare check on female subject. Husband advised she needed help to get dressed and that they had a scuffle and she has an arm wound.


4:53 p.m. – Traffic stop at 11th/Safeway. Moving violation citation.


5:51 p.m. – Juvenile problems reported. Young female juvenile punched caller's 7-year-old daughter in the arm; denies medical. Responsible juvenile ran into her house. General services rendered.


6:08 p.m. – Pedestrian check at S. Highway 29/Merritt Road. Out with one. Citizens assist.


10:14 p.m. – Welfare check. Juvenile sleeping in the vehicle, no adults around. Secondhand info from California Highway Patrol. Employee at the USA Mart advised that it was a stuffed animal and their car. Incident location was S. Main, USA. Checks OK.


11:18 p.m. – Theft over $400 reported on Royale Avenue. Theft of bike within the last couple of hours. Report taken. Checking the area.
