10:21 a.m. – Juvenile problems at Natural High School. A male student threw a chair at a teacher.
10:26 a.m. – Theft up to $400 reported at Kmart. Purse was stolen out of car, just occurred while inside store. Report taken.
11:08 a.m. – Civil complaint. Caller reports suspicious circumstances with the motorcycle shop he has his bike in. Incident location was Grace Lane. General services rendered.
11:30 a.m. – Annoying phone calls on N. Main. Caller has suspicious and threatening messages on her machine, ongoing issue. Report taken.
12:19 p.m. – Suspicious person reported at Perko's on 11th. Purple Camry parked at the business occupied by three to four people, driver was slurring and seemed intoxicated. Gone on arrival.
2:30 p.m. – Shoplifter at Kmart in custody. Arrest made.
5:46 p.m. – Fraud reported. Caller believes someone is using his name for an appointment tomorrow. Incident location was S. Main, Ukiah Valley Primary Care. General services rendered.

4:54 a.m. – Traffic stop at Safeway. Checks OK.
8:01 a.m. – Trespassing reported on Orchard. Caller received secondhand information that a male in a green truck is currently parked on the caller’s property, working on a house on Martin and throwing items onto caller’s property. Neighbors advised subject was arrested last week. Report taken.
11:01 a.m. – Traffic accident non injury reported at Skylark Motel on N. Main at entrance to motel. Parties on scene blocking roadway denying medical. Report taken.
11:30 a.m. – Simple assault, occurred yesterday. Incident location was Martin/S. Starr. General services rendered.
12:28 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle reported at the Lake County Visitors Center on Lakeport Boulevard. A red mustang occupied by a female has been parked in the parking lot for over three hours. Checks OK.
12:47 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses reported. Caller saw a subject hit a parked car and followed the vehicle to the EDD One Stop Center where it parked and responsible got out and went inside. Incident location was Lupoyoma Heights/S. Main. Report taken.
12:58 p.m. – Noninjury traffic collision reported on 11th at Safeway. Caller’s vehicle was hit while she was shopping. Report taken.
2:30 p.m. – Noninjury traffic collision reported in front of Lakeport Elementary School. General services rendered.
5:44 p.m. – Traffic stop at S. Main/Lupoyoma Avenue. Moving violation citation.
9:37 – Noise disturbance reported by anonymous female. Sounds like a band rehearsal in the area of 10th. Warning.

12:44 a.m. – Welfare check requested on Third. Caller is reporting that a drunk subject left his house walking towards Safeway to go to her car and he is concerned about her waling by herself. General services rendered.
1:44 a.m. – Outside agency assist. Livermore Police Department requests that they have responsible in custody and had a Glock 9 millimeter registered to another person. Responsible states he just bought it from subject; wants to confirm story. Incident location was Fairground Village Mobile Park. Referred to another agency.
2:01 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses reported. Silver truck was tailgating him all the way over the grade, responsible is getting gas. Incident location was S. Main, USA. Gone on arrival.
2:47 a.m. – Pedestrian check at TJ’s, S Main. W Group. Warning.
12:33 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances report. Saw two juveniles pour something into a storm drain. Reporter thinks it was oil at Sixth/N High. Gone on arrival.
12:59 p.m. – Traffic stop at Handy Auto Supply on S. Main. Warning.
1:55 p.m. – Contempt of court on Parallel Drive. Subject violated a restraining order by driving past reporters house. Report taken.
1:57 p.m. – Traffic stop at S. Main/Industrial Avenue. No plates. Warning.
4:03 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances on Sixth Street. Caller saw four juveniles walking up to an abandoned house; thinks they may have gone inside. Three males, one female. Report taken.
7:09 p.m. – Residential burglary reported on Central Park Avenue. Occurred a few months ago. Jewelry taken. Report taken.

12:05 a.m. – Traffic stop at Armstrong/S. Estep. Checks OK.
1:53 a.m. – Music disturbance. Anonymous female reported a loud party at First/Starr. Arrest made.
2:30 a.m. – Traffic stop at Lakeshore Boulevard/Alterra Drive. Report taken.
7:28 a.m. – Outside agency assist on 16th, reported 52-year-old male, possibly code blue, male found on the bathroom floor, unknown if breathing. Report taken.
10:55 a.m. – Civil assist on S. Starr. Ex-girlfriend took items from their house without permission. General services rendered.
2:16 p.m. – Residential burglary reported to vacant home on Lakeshore Boulevard sometime during the last week. Report taken.
2:55 p.m. – Welfare check requested on caller’s daughter. Reporter has not heard from her in a couple of months, which is unusual and she feels her daughter may have met with foul play. Caller did not have an address or location. Incident location was N High. Gone on arrival.
4:50 p.m. – Traffic stop at S. Main/D. Moving violation citation.
5:16 p.m. – Traffic stop at Hillcrest Dr/Fairview Way. Warning.

7:06 p.m. – Juvenile problems reported at Bruno’s Foods. Skateboarders on the property, there are four to five of them, in their teens. Gone on arrival.
10:37 p.m. – Extra patrol requested at Clear Lake High School on Lange. Principal requesting extra patrol as the dance lets out. General services rendered.
11:28 p.m. – Suspicious circumstance on Fifth Street. Report that a male subject came to their back door and asked to use their phone didn’t say why. Gone on arrival.
11:46 p.m. – Malicious mischief vandalism reported on Bryce Court. Windows are broken, unknown if anything is missing. Report taken.
