1:03 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances on Giselman. Caller reports her sister went outside and has not returned, unknown when she left. No vehicles associated with her, reporter is concerned. General services rendered.


3:31 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses on Hartley/Anastasia Dr. Yellow vehicle driving with a sunroof, possibly a Hyundai Tiburon, currently toward Crystal Lake. General services rendered.


2:07 p.m. – Traffic stop at 16th. General services rendered.


15:43 p.m. – Traffic stop at Highway 29/11th. Warning.


5:15 p.m. – Problem with a subject on Alden. Child custody issues. Report taken.


6:10 p.m. – Traffic stop at S Main/E. Warning.


10:13 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle at Westside Park. Checks OK.

12:32 a.m. – Officer initiated activity at Sally’s Shear Expressions, N. Main. Checks OK.


12:52 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle at Lakeside Lanes, Lakeport Boulevard. Checks OK.


1:25 a.m. – Pedestrian check at 9th/N. Brush. Warning.


1:41 a.m. – Traffic stop at Third/N. Forbes. General services rendered.


3:12 a.m. – Family disturbance on N. Brush. Caller's son is drunk and was throwing liquor bottles around the kitchen. Responsible tried to leave with his 6-year-old son in a cream-colored Ford Bronco. Responsible still in the driveway with the child. Warning.


8:06 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle on Fifth. Parked in front of residence for last three days with windows blacked out. Vehicle is a silver Toyota pickup with a white camper. Warning.


12:48 p.m. – Traffic stop 11th/Manzanita. Warning.


1:14 p.m. – Traffic sop at S. Russell/Armstrong. Warning.


1:48 p.m. – Traffic stop at K Mart, S. Main. Warning.


1:52 p.m. – Traffic stop at USA, S. Main. Moving violation citation.


2:04 p.m. – Traffic stop on hundred block of S. Main. Warning.


3:41 p.m. – Malicious mischief vandalism on S. Starr, Nice. Reported reports malicious mischief to her vehicle. Occurred last pm after she called the police on her neighbor. Report taken.


3:43 p.m. – Traffic stop at Lakeport Boulevard/Bevins. Warning.


6:15 p.m. – Juvenile problems. Reported 3 juvenile walking up and down the street at Spurr/Bryce Ct. for the last half an hour wearing trench coats, reporter thinks it is suspicious. General services rendered.


7:34 p.m. – Embezzlement reported at K Mart. Report taken.


8:08 p.m .– Outside agency assist at Fireside Lounge, S. Main, vehicle vs pedestrian. Medics in route. Report taken.


9:25 p.m. – Be on the lookout for reckless driver. Gold Nissan Max 4D racing through the K Mart parking lot, subjects yelling profanities at a male subject that was walking through the parking lot. Vehicle then left northbound on Main. General services rendered.


9:49 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses at On the Waterfront, Third. Checks OK.


9:59 p.m. – Traffic stop at Bevins/Lakeport Boulevard. Warning.

2:43 a.m. – Problem with a subject. Male subject is pounding on the door on S. Forbes and yelling that the reporter had two options – to either open the door or he was going to kick it in. Unknown weapons, has possibly been drinking. Report taken.


9:53 a.m. – Problem with a subject on S. Main. Reported subject was on his porch this morning and continues to come around. Per caller, the female subject was one of the responsibles that tried to break into his residence a few weeks ago. Caretaker on scene. General services rendered.


10:04 a.m. – Fire/smoke check. Lots of smoke from behind Westside Park. General services rendered.


12:15 p.m. – Problem with a subject reported on 16th. Caller was upset because no one will give her her electric wheel chair and is accusing her of breaking a window, which she claims she didn’t do. Dispatch called and spoke to the administrator who advised she is too dangerous with the electric chair and tried to explain that to her. General services rendered.


12:26 p.m. – Fire/traffic accident on the Nice-Lucerne Cutoff, Upper Lake. Referred to California Highway Patrol, combined with duplicate incident disposition: Outside agency assist.


2:41 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle at Bruno’s Foods. Warning.


4:28 p.m. – Foot patrol at Clearlake High School. General services rendered.


4:28 – Fire/medical aid at Clear Lake High School. Student with knee injury in the gym. Fire department transport. No further.


6:01 p.m. – Be on the lookout. California Highway Patrol in Ukiah, reported small gray sedan all over the road way, almost crashed head-on into another vehicle currently parked in the fast stop parking lot. Gone on arrival.


7:34 p.m. – Traffic stop at Highway 29/Lakeport Boulevard. Warning.


9:38 p.m. – Family disturbance on Parallel Drive. Reporter’s wife ran into the back of his truck with her car and was hitting and throwing things at the reporter. Responsible has been drinking, no weapons. Responsible left headed toward Matthews Road in a gray Pontiac Bonneville. Reporter denies medical. Report taken.


10:13 p.m. – Problem with a subject on Starr. Reported subject is in his backyard throwing things over the fence at the reporter’s house. Report taken.


10:49 p.m. – Traffic stop at Hillside Honda on S. Main. Warning.
