12:15 a.m. – Theft up to $400 on Armstrong. Someone got in to her unlocked vehicle and took her garage door opener and opened the garage, unknown what else was taken. Occurred about 10 minutes ago. Report taken.
1:05 a.m. – Traffic stop at N Forbes/10th. Warning.
1:10 a.m. – Pedestrian check at Sixth. Report taken.
7:32 a.m. – Health and safety other violations. Child Protective Services on S Forbes. Reports Clearlake Police called CPS last night for a pickup juvenile who is under the influence of meth and pregnant and per Clearlake Police refused to arrest her for it and caller needs her to be arrested. General services rendered.
7:56 a.m. – Missing person adult. Their 27-year-old son is missing. Caller hasn’t heard from him in two weeks, caller talked to officer last week and now wants to report him missing. Incident location was S. Main/Konocti Avenue. General services rendered.
3:49 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Anonymous female reported large black garbage bag appears to have an animal inside it. From Highway 29, on 11th, take the first road (before Central Park) and you can’t miss it. General services rendered.
7:10 p.m. – Boating activities. Report of a big cigar boat, bow was up in the air, looked like two people on board new Widgeon Bay. Caller could not confirm if boat was in trouble. General services rendered.
7:10 p.m. – Theft up to $400 reported on Royale Avenue. Personal property from unlocked vehicle. Occurred yesterday. Report taken.
8:51 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle on Highway 29/11th headed toward Kelseyville. Red Honda Civic swerving slowing down and speeding up.
9:08 p.m. – Traffic stop at N. Main/Second. Warning.
10:39 p.m. – Traffic stop at Highway 29/Highway 175. Arrest made.

1:14 p.m. – Pedestrian check at Seventh/N. Brush. Report taken.
4:35 p.m. – Malicious mischief vandalism on S. Main. Reports her boat in the storage shed has been vandalized. Report taken.
5:18 p.m. – Noninjury traffic collision on S. Main/C. Both vehicles still on scene. General services rendered.
6:19 p.m. – Welfare check at Lakeview Housing on Bevins. Welfare check on resident who is throwing things and banging around in her room, talking to herself. History of mental issues. Caller states if you enter through the back way off Smith to the back of the apartments it would be better because subject will pretend to be OK if she sees. General services rendered.
6:36 p.m. – LPD Animal control issue. Dog locked in a vehicle since 5 p.m. on S. Main, Dollar Tree. Gone on arrival.
7:07 p.m. –Vehicle code/other offenses. Anonymous male reported subjects driving around the area of Hartley/Boggs on a go-kart. Caller is concerned they may get hit by a vehicle. Gone on arrival.

3:11 – Malicious mischief and vandalism reported on 20th. Reports having the second package of nacho cheese sauce thrown at their window. Window has not broken, yet. Unknown responsible. No associated vehicle heard or seen. Last occurred about two minutes ago. General services rendered.
8:43 a.m. – Follow up. Officer initiated activity at N. Forbes. Arrest made.
11:29 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Reports his father-in-law just left Second Street Annex, possibly drunk driving with a 4-year-old juvenile in the passenger seat, possibly en route to Hendricks Road. General services rendered.
11:52 a.m. – Civil complaint on Lakeshore Boulevard. Neighbor made threats to reporter regarding a fence. Civil assist.
12:04 p.m. – Juvenile problems in front of McDonald's. Caller reports his father-in-law was driving intoxicated with his 4-year-old son. Son is with the father now, unknown location of suspect. Incident location was Second Street Annex. Report taken.
2:12 p.m. – Suspicious person in the middle of the roadway yelling and screaming at passersby; now chasing a female juvenile at Lakeshore Boulevard/Katie Court. Checks OK.
2:19 p.m. – Petty theft reported at Willow Wash, theft of laundry. Report taken.
3:08 p.m. – Welfare check. Reports special needs juvenile male, approx 13, running in and out of traffic in the parking lot at US Postal Service in Lakeport. Gone on arrival.
4:28 p.m. – Theft up to $400 on S Main. Possible theft, unknown time frame. General services rendered.
4:31 p.m. – Juvenile problems reported at Biggs 155 Diner. Juveniles coming in to business taking money from the tables. Multiple juveniles and wide range of ages. They are currently sitting across from business with a dog. Report taken.
5:49 p.m. – Lost purse between Safeway and Piedmont today, reporter is from out of town. Report taken.
19:20 – Traffic stop at S Main/Kimberly Lane. Warning.
7:48 p.m. – Family disturbance on Sylar Lane, Kelseyville. Reporting her husband and boyfriend trying to fight each other. Report taken.
8:31 p.m. – Traffic stop at Second and N. Main. Warning.
9:38 p.m. – Problem with a subject reported at Chalet Motel on Lakeshore Boulevard. Female that was staying in room nine is now in the parking lot yelling and cussing and refusing to leave. General services rendered.
10 p.m. – Traffic stop at Lakeshore Boulevard/Park Way. Moving violation citation.
10:06 p.m. – Problem with a subject at Chalet Motel on Lakeshore Boulevard, same female, and associated male screaming and yelling in the area and are reporting to be coming back to the motel. Both parties on foot. Walking northbound at this time. General services rendered.
10:06 p.m. – Traffic stop at Highway 29/Lakeport Boulevard. Warning.
10:48 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances reported on 20th. Can hear noises around her house and her dog is barking, would just like the area checked. General services rendered.
