A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION
AND NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
BY THE LAKE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider MAJOR USE PERMIT (UP 18-47) and Initial Study, IS 18-70 (Mitigated Negative Declaration) on Thursday, March 19, 2020, 9:05 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.

Applicant: BRAMBLES DEVELOPMENT, LLC. Owner: Garden Rd, LLC.

Project: An 18-hole golf course (mostly membership-based, with limited public access) and the operation of a private airport at the existing landing strip, formerly used as the Crazy Creek Glider Port.

AND NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
BY THE LAKE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider MAJOR USE PERMIT (UP 19-05) and Initial Study, IS 19-09 (Mitigated Negative Declaration) on Thursday, March 19, 2020, 9:20 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.

Applicant/Owner: Scotts Valley Band of Pomo Indians. Project: Major Use Permit to allow for the development of a small-scale bioenergy production facility using the Artis System.

This system has no open flame components and is a sealed system, which uses programmable electric heaters to achieve optimal temperatures.

NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator, County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving Minor Use Permit (MUP 20-04) and Categorical Exemption (CE 20-06) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., Wednesday, March 18, 2020, to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.

Should a timely request for a hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the courthouse.
