NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator, County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving Minor Use Permit (MUP 20-11) and Categorical Exemption (CE 20-64) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., Wednesday, April 28, 2021, to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.

Should a timely request for a hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, May 5, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the courthouse.

Owner/Applicant: Bryan Menegon.

Project: To allow 3,600 square feet of “outdoor” adult-use cannabis cultivation within a 6-foot wired fence covered with privacy mesh, and three 120 square feet structures individually used for storage, security and ADA restroom.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator, County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving Minor Use Permit (MUP 20-03) and Categorical Exemption (CE 21-07) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., Wednesday, April 28, 2021, to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
