NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator, County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving Minor Use Permit (MUP 20-11) and Categorical Exemption (CE 20-64) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., Wednesday, April 28, 2021, to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
Should a timely request for a hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, May 5, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the courthouse.
Owner/Applicant: Bryan Menegon.
Project: To allow 3,600 square feet of “outdoor” adult-use cannabis cultivation within a 6-foot wired fence covered with privacy mesh, and three 120 square feet structures individually used for storage, security and ADA restroom.

Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
Should a timely request for a hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, May 5, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the courthouse.

Project: To allow a total of 4,800 square feet of cannabis canopy area within two (2) 2,400 square feet greenhouses, an outdoor cannabis canopy within 1,600 square feet without artificial light, a 160 square feet processing facility, and a less than 200 square feet greenhouse within 6,802 square feet cultivation area on an existing grading pad.

The County of Lake is now accepting Statements of Qualification from any business/agency/entity that provides a newspaper of general circulation, in the County of Lake, where the County may publish its legal notices and other public notifications. This solicitation is not competitive and the County of Lake makes no guarantee of business to any recipient of a nonexclusive Agreement. The period of this agreement is continuous; however, the County of Lake reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time.
