NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION AND NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider MAJOR USE PERMIT (UP 20-13) on Thursday, August 12, 2021, 9:05 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors' Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.
Owner: Ryan Santiago & Igor Stolper, Applicant: RMI Venture (Jerusalem Grade Farms). Proposed Project: (1) A Type 3 (outdoor) Commercial Cannabis Cultivation license and (1) Type 13 Distributor Transport Only, Self-transport Distribution license consisting of 43,560 square feet of canopy area located within 45,560 square feet of cultivation area.

COUNTY OF LAKE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors, County of Lake, State of California, has set TUESDAY, AUGUST 3, 2021, at 10:00 A.M., in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, as the time and place for conducting a PUBLIC HEARING regarding a proposed Ordinance Amending Article X of Chapter Two of the Lake County Code.
Section 38.2 is being amended to include further requirements for exemptions from competitive bidding. Section 40.3 is being amended to adjust the not to exceed amount of the local preference for informal solicitations. Section 41.3 is amended to adjust the not to exceed amount of the local preference for formal bids.
Section 46.1 is being amended to update the requirements for bid protests. Changes are also being made throughout the Ordinance to modernize grammar.
Certified copies of the proposed ordinance are available at the office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, 255 North Forbes Street, Room 109, Lakeport, CA 95453.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that at said time and place any interested person may appear and be heard.
